Great atmosphere

Mandy has been our favorite stylist for over 11 yrs. We’ve literally followed her from location to location as yall have relocated her across the metroplex. She’s very special to us! She’s been cutting my son’s hair and does a shark shave design each yr prior to shark week. My son has a variety of complex medical conditions and she is the BEST

Easy to book spot w my stylist.

Have been going to Floyd’s 99, Frisco for the last year. Have exclusively had Jessica cut my very unruly hair. She has done a great job & I will continue requesting her forever or until I leave this earth! All kidding aside, I give Jessica & Floyd’s 99 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

I had an idea of what I want my hair to look like eventually but wasn't sure how exactly to cut it to grow it in that direction. Ray got me right! The haircut looks good and will grow so it'll look good when it's a little longer to style! 10/10

I ordered a shampoo/head message and nose hair treatment of which I was offered or received either. The haircut was great but disappointed as I booked those add-ons in advance. Still tipped $20 to stylist.

Cut was good but missed out on shoulder massage and shampoo/wash which i had added when booking my appt. I’m easy going so i let things slide to easily sometimes but wish the barber would already know what i ordered from the booking.

Each worker knows how to cut hair!!

I actually commented to Elliott about noticing his attention to detail. It was very clear to this 61 year old he has pride in his work. He is the first in about the last 20 years I will return to have him cut my hair.

It is far too common for people to complain but rarely compliment professionalism and good employees without some type of incentive/ reward. Elliot is a true asset for. your business.

Tiara is incredible, she’s very good at and takes pride in what she does. We always have great conversations during my cuts, and at the end I am always amazed at how my hair looks. I cannot say enough good things about tiara, I won’t even think about going to other people because of how great she is!

I really enjoyed meeting Elliott. This was my first time at Floyd's and my first my using a barber in over 10 years. As nice as Elliot was, he was not thorough. I paid $50 for a heads shave (straight razor) and walked away still feeling stubble all around my head. I should've said something to him, so it's on me. I would definitely recommend anyone who gets a cut to be specific, tell them what you want and what you expect. It was a very upbeat shop. Staff was very professional, very pleasant, and I would go back.

I like how personal the barbershop is, I have found my favorite one i go to every time, but there has been multiple that I went back to more than once because of the experience and the cut itself
