Great cut!

The hairdresser did decent job on one child but the second cut seemed rushed and she didn't listen when she said she wanted to try a longer length first and just cut to the shorter length. My first child said she almost cut her and she got hair all over and down her shirt. She also charged more than expected for two kids cuts. I don't know if she charged for using the blow dryer, but didnt disclose charges. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to be Karen.

I am satisfied enough with the service I received, but the cost of service at Floyd's is higher than I pay for equivalent service elsewhere. I would probably not choose Floyd's if it weren't for the location being convenient outside of when I receive coupons/particularly exceptional service, which is rare.

My hair was messed up by another stylist, in another styling company Regan was able to fix my hait. Now it looks incredible, I am definitely coming back. And telling my friends.

Jenna is the bee's knees. Absolute beast at layering my weird hair and making my weird visions come to life. Also a delight of a human.

Someone from the front office called me the morning of my appointment to let me know my scheduled stylist wasn’t available but were able to connect me with a great person at the same time slot.

Listened to what I wanted

Ella seems to me to be one of the rare kinds of people who is exceptionally authentic. She crushed it and I left with a great haircut.

Communication was great at first and I felt really good about sitting with the stylist. Towards the middle / end of the haircut when asked how I felt about it so far, I asked if it was ok to use the clippers on the top part of the sides instead of scissors because I noticed how inconsistent and uneven the cut was. I wanted to use the clippers because it would be cleaner. When I requested this the dynamic shifted, someone came and sat down next to use and made it seem like I was being unreasonable. I saw the hairstylist look at the other employee and roll
Their eyes as if I was being a problem customer. I truly didn’t understand. We continued to use the scissors ignoring my request and now the sides are uneven and one side of my head as a visible line where it’s jutting out.

This was actually one of the best experiences I’ve had in years. The haircut I received was meticulous, well done, and received compliments. I was very satisfied and very much. Enjoyed the customer service during the haircut.
