My haircut was very uneven as well as she used a different guard on each side of my head for a fade

My barber seemed very sad and unwanting to give me a haircut, im not sure what was up but i recommend letting whichever employee wanting to give a customer a haircut instead of your system automatically selecting a stylist for them, just saying.

I got a trim (female haircut) and he made it so choppy and it was uneven. I went to another salon and got it fixed. They were also not very welcoming. $65 of wasted money!

Bare minimum hair cut

Stylists at this barbershop are very experienced and know how to give you exactly what you want, but are also very conversational, and in the best way. I don't know how they do it, but they're the best without being too costly.

Ella was my stylist and she has done an amazing job both times. She’s professional and friendly and checks in with you through out the cut to make sure you’re happy with it.

Not great cuts. Just OK

I’m new to the area and it was my first time at Floyd’s, so I scheduled an appointment with whoever was available. I don’t mind at all if a stylist is not super chatty (I’m often not either), but Ryan seemed very uninterested and rushed, which might also be fine if the work were better. There were a lot of issues that I had with the cut over the next few days, some of which I actually had to fix myself.

I don’t think my experience reflects the location as a whole since I heard other stylists around me that seemed a lot more engaged with what their customers needed. Also I came in on a day that was really gray and snowy and slow so maybe the mood was just down in the shop, I don’t know. I wouldn’t necessarily tell people not to go here because they might have a better experience with a different stylist, but I definitely won’t go back.

Hair was not blended correctly. I had to go to another barber and have it fixed.

had a last minute haircut and it was awesome experience, best haircut i have got in a long time and its hard for me to trust another person to cut my hair.

Ella was extremely nice and when I told her what I wanted she knew exactly what to do. All of my friends have asked where I got my haircut from and have been talking about going to her as their next haircut. It is rare I come out of a haircut liking it immediately but both times I have been to her I have been extremely pleased

The man that did my hair talked to me a total of 3 times. He was pulling on my hair and didn't even ask what type of hair I had. He brushed out all of my curls without asking ( I was hoping he could cut my hair as it was wet and showed my natural hair type) but I didn't get the chance to say that before he had started doing what he wanted. I do not feel confident in my hair after my cut and actually have been debating going back and asking for someone to fix it. He made a comment that my hair is "wavy" after he brushed out all my natural curls. He tried to give me bangs after I asked for face framing pieces. I asked for layers and face framing pieces as well to cut off my dead ends. My hair is now 2 different lengths that dont blend whatsoever it almost looks like I'm wearing really crappy extensions. I also still have a bunch of dead ends! I wasn't happy at all but felt I wasn't listened too in the first place so I paid and left. I was with the stylist Ryan. I have come to Floyd's barber shop many times and this is the first where I didn't feel good about myself or the experience. Thank you for listening and I'm sorry for having to bring this to your attention.

Brought my 10 year old in, stylist very soft spoken and hard to hear. Not a great combo with a shy kid. Style was fine.

Alot of the barbers are solid and know what they are doing 99% of the time. I've only left with haircuts that I love and not to mention I even found my own barber that I'll keep going to who specializes in my haircut style :)

Incredibly empathetic, professional, and skilled stylist!

I've had this with several stylists. I ask for true finger length on top and they all say I understand. At the end of my cut, everything looks good, but when I get home and rinse out the cut hair, the hair is way longer than finger length and was unevenly cut all over (some finger length, some longer). This last time, they spent less than 15 min with the entire visit, when online it says 30-35 min. I went home and took a 6 clipper to the top cuz I didn't want to go back in. If I can't get in with the 1 person I like who takes her time, I won't be going in again.

Servic was the best

I needed insight and recommendations into what best to do for my hair cut and was disappointed with a the "well whatever you'd like" every time I would ask for the barbers opinion. My normal barber would have given me her opinion at least

I always enjoy my experience at Floyd's, but until recently I used to see whichever stylist was available when I needed my hair cut. I have always had good experiences. However, after a few times getting my hair cut by Trista B, I will always try to see her (even if it means waiting a while). She has always given me extremely high quality haircuts that improve my self-esteem. She is also incredibly chill and good-natured while remaining friendly and professional. Sometimes, having my hair cut can be anxiety-inducing, but I never have to worry with Trista. When I found out that she was the manager for both stores in FoCo, I wasn't surprised: she is very skilled at her profession, and the high quality of the stores she manages shows that she is doing an excellent job running both stores.
