Going to this place was the worst thing that could have happened to me. I showed Madison, the stylist, the design I wanted, and she cut my hair horribly; something like this had never happened to me before. I give it a rating of zero; the cut is terrible. My friend just told me it looks badly cut—it’s a disaster. I would never recommend this place.

I had a haircut --my hair is short. I was charged 41.00 for a 20 me n short haircut. I was stunned. Needless to say I will not recommend Floyd's to my friends. Also, they do not know this neighborhood. We are not gothic. I am very, very disappointed.
