Jessica is extremely thorough and conscientious for the Cutz. The entire facility is spotless clean and just a great space to be in. Front desk receptionist kept busy with all the small details while I got get another gray cut from Jessica.

Music rather loud, orientation to the various offerings. Having said that, it was the best cut in years as I was going to great clips for convenience. Is there an app to make an appointment or check in in advance?

I made a 5:00 reservation, got a text that things were running late and could I move my appointment to 5:30 which was no problem and gladly did, but when I arrived for my 5:30 appointment sat there until 5:55 before I got in the chair. Chanukah did a great job, but I was debating whether or not to walk out prior to actually getting into the chair.
