Haircuts are getting expensive for basic trims that I could actually just do myself at home. I also don’t know what is actually included in the service. Are the massage, neck shave part of it? This has only been offered by 1 of the stylist I’ve had at Floyd’s.

Kathy asked me how I wanted the cut , and she showed me what is the best length for my particular hair. She continued to check with me as she worked on each side of my head. Very professional and no nonsense. Love it.

My appointment was for 5pm but didn’t see the stylist for 20 minutes. I had to add money to the meter.

The girl who cut my hair was pretty rude and made me feel really uncomfortable before she even started on my hair.
I could tell she didn’t want to be there but she made a comment to me that next time I need to try arriving earlier and that they’re closing soon and she was about to leave. I showed up at 5:30pm for my 5:30pm haircut. The front desk girl was really nice and gave me a discount but it was all feet away from the barber so I couldn’t really say anything. I was also too nervous to ask her to go shorter on the top. I still tipped well because I felt bad

Decided to come to a new barber after sticking to the same person for 5 years, bad mistakes. The people working there were quite nice, hair cut was pretty affordable. But god my hair was butchered and none of my notes were listened to hair dresser wasn't attentive or gentle at all. Quite rough actually, got drowned in a hot towel with no warning, got scratched so badly on my back neck with the electric razor that it feels like a degree 10 burn.

Great cuts and affordable

They listen! I always ask for Cherie. While she cuts my hair, we get to watch the bald eagles in Big Bear on her tablet. It’s a great chill experience when you need pampering but don’t have time.

Always a friendly environment and there is a beautician that fits everyone at Floyd’s.

The stylists are more skilled than the bargain haircut chains, but the cost is more reasonable than overpriced high end salons (at least for early middle-aged dudes like myself;)

Yvette is hands-down the best stylist I’ve ever had in my life—full stop.
