Whole experience was great from the moment we walked in. Front desk was welcoming. Julia was so sweet with my son. She took her time and made sure he was comfortable the whole time. I’ve never seen him smile from seeing his new haircut. We both loved how cute it turned out. Will definitely be back!

Feedback on Service Received - First Visit 6/19/26

On my first visit yesterday, I was attended to by a barber who identified himself as being from Puerto Rico and who had prominent tattoos. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience.

I was charged $38 for a basic low cut with no shaving. I later learned that this amount was excessive for the service provided. It appeared that the barber and the receptionist coordinated on the overcharge.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend your barbershop to others at this time. I wanted to bring this to your attention so you can address it.

Will never be coming back here. They weren’t warm or welcoming. The lady that did my beard trim didn’t even know how to use a blade apparently. She trimmed my beard and made it uneven. And to top it off, she smelled like cigarettes.

I have been going to Rissa for some time! I have both grandsons and son-in-law now going to her, too!

Kelly will cut my hair till I move out of state or die. 😃
