I loved my stylist!! See gave me a great pixie cut and I liked her personality!

I love working with Nick. I've had him give me five or six haircuts. He does a great job with my hair and working with my likes and dislikes. He's never pushy. And we always have a great conversation!

The stylist did a very nice looking cut for my son. He had a picture of what he wanted and she did a great job.

We’ve been going to Floyd’s 99 in La Grange for a few years. We see Alicia and she’s amazing.

This experience was night and day from the previous several years I've been going here. This time the manager recommended me a couple stylists he thought would be a good match and after being months overdue for a cut I decided to try one of them out. I have to say that Rianne did an excellent job and has successfully convinced me to go back again and get for cuts from her in the future... and if she's unavailable I may even try his other recommendation.

The only reason I didn't give a higher score is cuz consistency over time matters. If my experiences continue this positive from here, I have no problem more strongly recommending this place.

My stylist, Desiree was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She explained the products that she was using and the benefits of them for my hair. From the moment I sat down she was talkative and friendly which made the experience enjoyable. I will recommend Floyd’s 99 to anyone that would ask about a great place for a haircut, shave and any of the other services that Floyd’s provides.

I normally take my sons to the Naperville location where we have a wonderful experience. They were booked up, and I had waited too long to schedule, so we tried LaGrange. I immediately found it off-putting that their website asks for forgiveness for any possible delays, which just shows they know this is a problem. My son walked in about 5 minutes late, totally our fault but well within the grace period most businesses allow. He was told they would get him in when they could, and we sat there for a full hour before they took him. The place was not busy. Maybe understaffed? We also noticed the "forgive any delay" signs all over the shop itself. His hair looks great and his stylist was very sweet, so I would rate her highly individually, but we will never go back to this location.

Every time I come I usually just go with any stylist & I have never been disappointed!

I don’t live in the area, but I really like any Floyd’s location in general! La Grange’s Floyd’s had a really welcoming receptionist and I loved my stylist!

The barber didn't know or listen to how I wanted my hair cut. I tried tell him a bunch of times but got frustrated when you knew he messed up he also nicked me around my neck numerous times. He asked me if I could fight and other weird question? At one point I just kept agreeing so that way I could leave I was there already for 2 hours.
