The stylist that cut my hair was so good so fast and efficient she made every other stylist in there kinda look bad… i’ve been going to Floyd’s for over a decade, and this was the first stylist that I would speak this highly of. At first I wanted to be mad because she cut my hair so quick but it turned out great. I was blown away.

I felt very welcomed and got what I wanted.

Ariel cut my hair a little shorter than I wanted and forgot that I wanted bangs. Overall, its a good cut and will be perfect in about 2 weeks.

Nick the barber whom I go to bi-weekly has been outstanding. Not only does he do a fantastic job cutting hair but takes his time to speak with each of his customers.

Zach the manager is a great guy who has fit me in when I had limited time. He is pleasant to engage with. All of the staff have been outstanding.

Was put at ease up front and had a good experience till the end.

Easy to schedule without much notice. Staff was friendly and skilled. The stylist who cut my son’s hair took her time and paid close attention to detail, which I appreciate.

60 dollars for a 15 minute nonchalant haircut/beard trim. Provided desired haircut, hairdresser showed little interest.. at the minimum demonstrate interest in doing ones job. Clearly hairdresser, not a barber, was checked out

I was a customer at the South Loop location for years. However, the quality at that location had declined over the years. I recently learned it closed. I tried the LaGrange location and had an incredible experience. The visit restored my faith in your brand. A very clean and well-organized location. I liked the dedicated parking spaces. I will be back.

Nikki was an excellent stylist. After just seeing a picture, she was able to cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. She's a great conversationalist and knowledgeable.

Bad haircut

Barbers always listen to customers requests. Always a great atmosphere in the shop. The hot towel is AMAZING. 10/10
