Alicia B. has been cutting my hair for years. She is highly skilled professional who always listens does my hair just the way I ask.

Stylist was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.

Although the haircut was what I expected, I left my normal stylist for a better/cleaner cut. I got that, but my gray blend was a complete miss. I have never once had a hint of dark color in my hair, I asked for a natural blend with my existing gray, and my head and beard came out ALL BLACK. Not even close. I have Extremely important plans for the weekend and I had to shave my beard after 8 years. The girl did a great job with the cut, but I won’t be returning.

Desiree is amazing! I’ve been coming to Floyd’s for over 10 years, I’ve done everything from gone from brunette to bleach blonde… Chopped all my hair off to a pixie…let it grow back out…. Re chopped it…. All the Silas over the years have been phenomenal.

Great experience and so much variety of services which I appreciate! It was my first visit and my daughter and I got our hair braided when we’re in Mexico and going on 49 it actually looked good but my scalp is bugging me so I needed to get the braids out.. forgive me. I don’t remember the girls name, but it was 2 PM this past Saturday I was in La Grange and once she braided the hair, then she recommended getting it washed, which I agreed to. The pressure on my head was relieved and I felt so much better.. definitely gonna be a returning customer and possibly a regular!

I wasn’t going to leave a review because after having have to return for my haircut to be even out. The haircut is even now. Now my hair was cut so short it won’t even hold in a ponytail. I went from having hair down to the middle of back to chin length. I asked for long inverted bob with the front angled forward to the collar bone but getting a shag that is meant fora much older person instead. I also have wavy hair that I can’t pull back so now I will have to style it everyday. I wasn’t looking for low maintenance but styling everyday is difficult. I’m an understanding person and both stylists wear nice the one that fixed the and was professional about it and willing to take time with me. The first stylist was nice and could tell she was struggling thats why I told it was fine and left before my was any shorter. So I’m sorry after spending $70 on haircut that will take months to grow out and then possibly a year before getting the haircut I wanted. I can’t recommend this place.

I love using the app to book appointments. The staff is always friendly. The location is always clean. I never have to wait long to see my stylist. And most importantly my hair always looks amazing!!!

Probably just the prices. Making it more affordable for potential weekly visits. Or only charging if someone is signing up to be there every week. Not really like a subscription but like.. if a customer signs up to come in every week for the next (4) weeks, then they can get each haircut for $20. But if they miss an appointment. Then you charge them full price, and the next (2) appointments are cancelled.

I love working with Nick. I've had him give me five or six haircuts. He does a great job with my hair and working with my likes and dislikes. He's never pushy. And we always have a great conversation!

We’ve been going to Floyd’s 99 in La Grange for a few years. We see Alicia and she’s amazing.

This experience was night and day from the previous several years I've been going here. This time the manager recommended me a couple stylists he thought would be a good match and after being months overdue for a cut I decided to try one of them out. I have to say that Rianne did an excellent job and has successfully convinced me to go back again and get for cuts from her in the future... and if she's unavailable I may even try his other recommendation.

The only reason I didn't give a higher score is cuz consistency over time matters. If my experiences continue this positive from here, I have no problem more strongly recommending this place.

My stylist, Desiree was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She explained the products that she was using and the benefits of them for my hair. From the moment I sat down she was talkative and friendly which made the experience enjoyable. I will recommend Floyd’s 99 to anyone that would ask about a great place for a haircut, shave and any of the other services that Floyd’s provides.

I normally take my sons to the Naperville location where we have a wonderful experience. They were booked up, and I had waited too long to schedule, so we tried LaGrange. I immediately found it off-putting that their website asks for forgiveness for any possible delays, which just shows they know this is a problem. My son walked in about 5 minutes late, totally our fault but well within the grace period most businesses allow. He was told they would get him in when they could, and we sat there for a full hour before they took him. The place was not busy. Maybe understaffed? We also noticed the "forgive any delay" signs all over the shop itself. His hair looks great and his stylist was very sweet, so I would rate her highly individually, but we will never go back to this location.

Every time I come I usually just go with any stylist & I have never been disappointed!

I don’t live in the area, but I really like any Floyd’s location in general! La Grange’s Floyd’s had a really welcoming receptionist and I loved my stylist!

The barber didn't know or listen to how I wanted my hair cut. I tried tell him a bunch of times but got frustrated when you knew he messed up he also nicked me around my neck numerous times. He asked me if I could fight and other weird question? At one point I just kept agreeing so that way I could leave I was there already for 2 hours.

Had sam as my hair cutter. She did a great job, it was my first time having her cut my hair . Based on my experience I would definitely see her again.

There is never a wait , same day appointment can be booked.

She listens closely, pays attention to detail, and makes sure I leave happy with my haircut.
