(I copied my comment from the “Barber/Stylist” section, as to me, that is the single most important aspect of a barbershop/salon to me, and Elise was amazing and deserves the public recognition 💚) Elise was friendly, engaged in conversation when I wanted, and didn’t seem to mind silence when I didn’t need to talk. She also happily answered any questions I had about the tools she used and explained how and why she did things, and listened to my opinions while also providing her own professional opinions. I absolutely LOVE the cut she gave me, and she did a great job of trimming my dead ends while still leaving enough for my hair to keep growing.

I always go see Rayne and she always does a great job. Very good at what she does and efficient. The last haircut I got was one of the best I've gotten. She also is very nice and great to talk with during the haircut.

The atmosphere and music was great and staff was friendly but I wasn't totally pleased with my haircut and felt rushed out. I'm also pretty sure I didn't get the upgraded shampoo I wanted.

I specifically requested a male barber on the website when I scheduled the haircut but upon arriving, he wasn’t there and I was assigned a woman barber.

Pleasant atmosphere. Jenna listened to what I wanted and did exactly that.

Not an overly friendly or welcoming experience. The young lady at the front desk was less than welcoming and not friendly. My barber seemed hurried to get me in and out even though there were no ither appointments after me The hair cut itself was not very thorough and again rushed I had to go get it cut again a week later because it looked uneven and choppy which it didn’t at the time of the cut but showed almost in the next day or so
I’m sure my experience was not the norm but personally. I may have had higher expectations as it is a well know business but was not impressed and most likely won’t be back.

Stylist was helpful, took his time

This was our 5th visit to Timonium Floyd's, yet I recognized no one! My husband has Alzheimer's and does not understand when asked questions. His hair was supposed to be shampooed but just looked wet! I paid for shampoo and GI cut.

Although we've been Floyd's customers for over 7 years and absolutely LOVE the staff at Lutherville under Kim's expert leadership, the increase in prices is making more frequent haircuts less and less likely.

Your prices are way to high!
