I was having a bad week and booked an appointment for a deep conditioning as a way to treat myself and I had such an awful experience. The stylist fried my hair with her blowdryer (three days later and my hair still feels worse than it did before I came in). She was rough with my hair and seemed like she was in a rush. AND she gave me a middle part even though I have short bangs.

(I copied my comment from the “Barber/Stylist” section, as to me, that is the single most important aspect of a barbershop/salon to me, and Elise was amazing and deserves the public recognition 💚) Elise was friendly, engaged in conversation when I wanted, and didn’t seem to mind silence when I didn’t need to talk. She also happily answered any questions I had about the tools she used and explained how and why she did things, and listened to my opinions while also providing her own professional opinions. I absolutely LOVE the cut she gave me, and she did a great job of trimming my dead ends while still leaving enough for my hair to keep growing.

I always go see Rayne and she always does a great job. Very good at what she does and efficient. The last haircut I got was one of the best I've gotten. She also is very nice and great to talk with during the haircut.

The atmosphere and music was great and staff was friendly but I wasn't totally pleased with my haircut and felt rushed out. I'm also pretty sure I didn't get the upgraded shampoo I wanted.
