I was a walk in and upon walking in I was greeted with by the front desk person with a smile on her face and very welcoming voice. She listened to my story and about the experiences I’d recently had with other barber shops and she was able to squeeze me in with one of the best! The barber shop and stylist make it well worth going to!

I’ll always come back, Tim is the reason for that but didn’t like the shop not being open when I got to the location and had to wait

They were super awesome, much better than haircuttery. A few months ago, haircuttery cut my hair. The guy did not pay attention. I was like bald so unhappy took 3 months to grow. My hair back went to Floyd's Barbershop. The receptionist was super nice. The guy that cut my hair Adrian, I think, was his name super. Nice guy, cut it just perfectly not too short, just right? We'll definitely be back. I think I found my permanent haircut place. Floyd's Barbershop has a lot of class. Awesome place love the posters, love the atmosphere. Thank you, floyd's barbershop. Professionalism of the staff has declined

Asked for and received a high and tight (high fade). No missed hairs anywhere. Its been 30+ years since anybody showed that level of attention.

Had a buzz cut for almost 2 years, wanted to start growing my hair out. Barber was very impatient when I was trying to explain what I want (less than 1 sentence long), and cut me off before I could finish: “i just asked for the numbers (of the guard to use)”. I wanted a 1-3 on the sides and back, and leave the top untouched. Since he cut me off, he didn’t hear the last part and did a 3 on the top before I could stop him, erasing over 2 months of trying to let the top grow out. He was obviously in a rush, not gentle, and just seemed in a bad mood. The second question he asked, brusquely, was “I just need the answer, not an explanation, but how high do you want the 1 to go up the side”. I’ve been cutting my own hair for 2 years, got a promotion and wanted a nice cut, and was extremely disappointed. Before my buzz cut I was a Floyd’s customer for 5 years, and was planning on going back monthly, and I won’t be back because of him. It is not the customers fault he obviously hates his job/life.
