I asked for a specific haircut and showed a picture of what I wanted and it wasn’t at all what I showed them

I loved how talented Tammy was. She took time on my hair & gave me a wonderful shampoo - along with a beautiful color - she covered my grays all of them not just some. She was kind, courteous and efficient.

I was charged for 2 services instead of 1 because my stylist wasn’t able to complete my haircut

The last two times I’ve gone for my haircut. I sent my appointment online and then when I got there, the stylist wasn’t ready so I’m not putting anything on the stylist but why does the system allow me to book a time and then it’s 20 minutes to almost 45 minutes for the other one before I sit in the chair plus I was surprised that the company didn’t offer me a discount or a free cut or something for having to wait when I’ve got things to do before and after my appointment as a businessman.

They are always so friendly. The gentleman at the front desk is always a delight. So kind and positive. He really starts the visit off right. Then of course ALL the hairstylists are so talented and friendly,

All the staff at this place from the front desk to all the barbers that have cut my hair have been pleasant, professional, and fast at making the process as efficient and happy as possible. And all the women that have been my barbers have been beautiful people, inside and out. My current barber is as close to perfection as you can get. It has now been close to 10 years that I have been a 100% happy customer of this place. They even make a dope like me look my best.
