If only there was a rewards program that resulted in discounted or free haircuts. 2 of 3 men go to such places that have that kind of program to reward loyalty .

The whole cut finished in 7 minutes. Usually I had no problem with how fast. This time it looked good when done but 48 hours later it was terrible. With no water to keep it down now you can see that the cut isn’t smooth but has steps. So the myth I held that fast can be good is evaporated.

The atmosphere if the shop is cool with all the musicians painted on the walls. It is nice to be pampered with a hair wash after a cut.

That was one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received, and it was as simple and straightforward as can be. I asked for a #1.5 on top and a #1 on the sides and wanted it blended in. There is a clear and obvious line all the way around my head, not blended at all. Also the way he shaved around my ears is insane, he cut so much hair there’s a giant bald area around my ears. I had to go home and shave my entire own head at a #1

Everything was great. Joanna did her normal super human task of making my stubborn overgrown hair look perfect. Always a pleasant visit! Thank you Floyd’s 99!

Late for my appointment. I waited 15 past time. Nice but inexperienced. I said a trim, maybe 1 inch….. I got my moneys worth . Cut 3-4 inches off all over…. Not even. Not coming back

I was satisfied with the haircut; however extremely dissatisfied with the color. I explicitly mentioned that I wanted a light blonde color along with my natural grey highlights, but it was nothing like what i wanted. The color was way too dark and it wasn’t highlighted at all! The color was a “moosey -brown”! If she didn’t do color or know how to, then she should not have agreed to color my hair. I am extremely disappointed! It is a place where the shop is very clean, the.recepionist is very friendly and greets each customer with a smile and Hello and Welcome to Floyd's. My stylist was Tammy.DeLaCruz and she was very knowledgeable and had lots of ideas to share with me. I just got a cut which took less than 30 minutes and she styled.it after plus I bought two products she used in my hair as well. Ill be back again when I n5eed color and cut. Tammy is a great stylist and treats each customer with respect.

My stylist, Joanna, is wonderful. Very customer- focused. She listens and doesn't try to do her own thing, but rather aims to give me the haircut that I ask for. I always get my haircut from her and will continue to do so!

My stylist knew intuitively what to do with my sons hair. She didn’t need too much input and she explained well why a skin fade is not a good idea if kids move too much.

Hair stylist Aubrey G. is just terrific. Very easy to talk with and very responsive to my hair cutting requests. ALWAYS asks how I would like my hair before beginning. Very careful and efficient in her hair cutting . . . I leave feeling like a refreshed person! Always does the nice touches like eyebrow trims and brushing away loose hair cuttings before I get up from the chair! Other staff at the Manhattan Beach location I go to are also so polite and pleasant. Floyd's 99 - Manhattan Beach is my "go to" hair salon and top recommendation to friends!

Floyd makes it quick and easy to schedule a cut with many options for stylist. I have been going to Rebecca K and she is great. Highly recommend Floyd’s and Rebecca.

Jonathan gave me the best haircut I ever had.

I asked for a skin fade haircut and the barber said she didn’t have time for that so I had to settle for a regular haircut. It took exactly 9 minutes with no shave of neckline or anything else. What a joke. There was a $6 difference between a ski fade to regular haircut. Never again

Worst haircut! Didn't do a good job running the clippers through my hair. I had long hair and patches everywhere. Did a horrible job trimming my hairline across my neck. It was uneven and too high. I had to go to a different barber to have it fixed. It was bad.

The stylist was a bit standoffish, did not listen well to what I had in mind, and rushed through very quickly.

I got full service, over $70 and all she did was lop a few inches off the ends. No texturing, no layers, nor face framing, no cleanup…just wash, chop, dry. I had to get it fixed.

I showed our barber/stylist a picture of the style and length my son wanted. We have used the same photo for 6 years of haircuts and have never had issues. The barber/stylist gave him a cut that was far too short (nearly a buzz cut) and it cannot be styled at all. It looks nothing like the photo, and I have no idea what happened. We have visited both MB & Hermosa locations for several years, and thankfully this was our first time being disappointed.
