David is the best

I asked for a mid fade with a short textured crop. I got more of a pointy faux hawk, the top of the fade wasn’t blended in, & there was a 1 inch patch of hair that she missed that was still 4 inches long!

Floyd’s is affordable and consistent

David always give me the best haircut. That is why i still travel one and a hlaf hours to get it done.

I feel neither likely nor unlikely to recommend Floyd’s to someone as good haircuts or bad haircuts come to pass like winter or summer seasons. So, one must learn to accept them without pride or embarrassment

Receptionist is not friendly at all

Almost every interaction I've had with various stylists and/or front desk workers has been both pleasant and professional. I am always greeted the moment I enter and typically a smile accompanies it! The "energy" there as always been great, kudos to whomever is a part of the store management team that fosters said environment.

Nope, no disappointment at all. I love to come here only because of a few of the stylist. I just do not like all the pictures up on the walls. It's just not for me or for those I am friends with. I'd love to bring my kids up but some of the posters just aren't appropriate.

I like a Floyd’s but the barber was a different story.

My hair was absolutely butchered. It looked like the cut I did myself when I was 6 years old. Kind of shocking how badly done - even a person without training could have avoided the weird jagged and chunked mistakes your stylist put on my head - and it was supposed to be just a simple touch up / fade around the ears and neck.

I'm actually headed to your McKinney location today to get it fixed - another $45 with tip. I won't be back to Mockingbird location again.

As long as Leyce is there, I’d recommend this location to anyone.

I called to inquire about a shampoo and style and I was told that shampoo’s start at five dollars. I got a shampoo and a blowout with a wave in my hair and it cost me $40. I didn’t understand the jumping price.
