Nope, no disappointment at all. I love to come here only because of a few of the stylist. I just do not like all the pictures up on the walls. It's just not for me or for those I am friends with. I'd love to bring my kids up but some of the posters just aren't appropriate.

I like a Floyd’s but the barber was a different story.

My hair was absolutely butchered. It looked like the cut I did myself when I was 6 years old. Kind of shocking how badly done - even a person without training could have avoided the weird jagged and chunked mistakes your stylist put on my head - and it was supposed to be just a simple touch up / fade around the ears and neck.

I'm actually headed to your McKinney location today to get it fixed - another $45 with tip. I won't be back to Mockingbird location again.

As long as Leyce is there, I’d recommend this location to anyone.

I called to inquire about a shampoo and style and I was told that shampoo’s start at five dollars. I got a shampoo and a blowout with a wave in my hair and it cost me $40. I didn’t understand the jumping price.

Amber is always attentive and meets my needs without a lot of direction. It's the right amount of hair and face care coupled with relaxation.

Sideburns were completely different lengths. Neck shave only covered the areas that were not covered by the towel. This left areas that did not get shaved. Attention to detail was simply not there

My mom is going through chemo and recently had a heart attack. She wasn’t comfortable going to just anyone to get a haircut and Wanda made her feel safe and comfortable and beautiful again!

The guy at the front desk is very rude. He never smiles, and I’m always the one saying hi first and thanking him before leaving, yet he doesn’t even respond. I decided I’m not coming back to this place because he gives off such negative energy and makes me feel like I’m bothering him, even though I’ve been a customer for years.

Leyce is extremely knowledgeable and gifted in her craft. I have recommended COUNTLESS friends and family members to her over the years. I have never left her chair disappointed.

There isn’t really anything special about the barbershop itself, but the hairstylist is the best I’ve had Jai C. I’ve been seeing her for a couple years now I don’t go to anyone else and she knows exactly how to cut a person‘s hair based on their hair type. She’s also super friendly and personable. She’s amazing!

This is the second and last time I take my son there, he likes long hair I only ask for a little beat of tream on the sides and both times they cut his hair very short and NOT AT ALL WHAT I ASK even showing pictures and asking if they get what we are asking....
