Staff is always welcoming, the place has a very inviting vibe and I’ve never had to wait too long - my stylist is always right on time.

I was told 15 min before my appointment that my stylist was running a little late. They were actually running 45 minutes late. Don’t gaslight your customers with fake speak. Be honest. Be accountable. Move on.

I would have liked more active input into my haircut, such as suggestions or questions. I wasn’t sure exactly how to say what I wanted- and I usually want opinions/suggestions from the barber on what they think will look good (since they’re a professional and I’m not). I might recommend them for color though. And I’m definitely not saying I wouldn’t come back, I’d just have more of a plan if I was gonna be more on my own like that.
