Entire overall experience was not good. Not terrible but not good.

Ryann is a gem. Great conversation, understood the cut I wanted despite my lack of a good explanation, and nothing felt rushed. Definitely coming back to see her.

You closed the South Loop store. Fine. I have been happily getting cuts by Ivonne for years. YEARS!. Those records are in your system. Did you contact your stylists loyal customers to say where they have gone? NO! That is terrible business. Did you give the contact info to the Stylists? Again, NO! That is terrible marketing. This is a failure on business continuity planning at the hight level of the business. You need to rethink this logic, or accept going out of business entirely. You choose.
Ridiculously overpriced. Simple men’s haircut that takes 10 mins is $41 pre tip? Bet you pay the hairdresser $5 for that. Pathetic.
Easy online appt, text updates on time, and Josh S is wonderful he does our sons hair and I recommend him to everyone we know!

Very nice barber. Literally worst haircut I’ve ever had. Did not follow the instructions. Required me going to another barbershop and getting another haircut to try and fix it. Nearly had to shave my head… Also had to shave my beard after she ruined that.
