I twice requested natural lines, my barber Chelsea expressly agreed both times, and then she gave me straight lines along the back of my head. She also trimmed my hairline in the front, which I did not request.

Quality nd service not consistent, varies a lot. I did not get a neck shave or offered a shoulder rub and I thought those were standard. I was the only client when I started and only 1 other client came in while I was there and no one waiting when I left. I was on time. There were 3 people that cut hair plus someone at the front desk so they were not at all busy.p

she gave a good haircut, and was very polite and professional. I have a mole and she was careful around it. (Sometimes stylists are not so careful.) in fact, the next time I come in, I will schedule specifically with her.

Multiple times I have come and had awful haircuts where they didn’t understand what I wanted and cut off all my hair. Soemtimes I get a good stylist, and then they’re gone from the location. You removed the location I wanted to go to, too. I’m out. Not using you guys again.

My appointment was scheduled for 4:55 p.m. I wasn't called until about 5:15 p..m

The only thing that bothered me was I put the code in for the 25 percent discount but they did not mention it and I did not want to come across as a petty customer so I let it go and still added tip. Total cut was 53 dollars. Look at the tape I did not have much hair at all and the barber mentioned that. It would have felt I got my money worth if I got the discount and then still paid 48 for tip. I’m from DC that’s a lot of money for a haircut that day.

I followed my stylist from Harrison to Streeterville. Easy to book your preferred stylist. Timing is usually spot on— never had to wait past my booked appointment time in the three years I've been going to Floyd's. Everyone is nice and welcoming. Ivonne is a great stylist, I've never had a bad cut with her!

Stayed downtown 8/11 Due to power outage in my area. My son needed a haircut really bad the next day so i googled you'll and had no problem with walking in and getting my son a great cut. They actually cut it better then his current barber. Thank you soo much I loved it and I will be back

I’ve always recommended Floyd’s for both the stylists and the overall Vibe. As a music lover, it’s a great fusion for me.

This place is supercuts level barbers but 3 times the price. Total rip off. Not real barbershop didn't use a razor to do a fade. But charged me fade price.
