Great haircut, location, and customer service.

This was my first time at Floyd's. My barber was fantastic! I will absolutely be back!

Best haircut in years, but that was sll due to the stylist!

Entire overall experience was not good. Not terrible but not good.
Bottom line is I got my haircut, and I don’t want any of the employees to be reprimanded, so I am not going to elaborate more.

Ryann is a gem. Great conversation, understood the cut I wanted despite my lack of a good explanation, and nothing felt rushed. Definitely coming back to see her.

The barber Joshua gave me a very nice haircut. It was one of the better haircuts I have had in long time. Thank you. I will be back.

Right away, I knew I was in good hands with Josh. His careful touch combined with his gentle, meticulous process earned my trust. I knew I was in good hands, literally.

Josh listened to what I wanted and patiently indulged me when I pulled up some pictures even though he already understood my request.

The entire haircut was relaxing and special.

The service was exceptional and my barber/ stylist was phenomenal!

Ivonne is the best

You closed the South Loop store. Fine. I have been happily getting cuts by Ivonne for years. YEARS!. Those records are in your system. Did you contact your stylists loyal customers to say where they have gone? NO! That is terrible business. Did you give the contact info to the Stylists? Again, NO! That is terrible marketing. This is a failure on business continuity planning at the hight level of the business. You need to rethink this logic, or accept going out of business entirely. You choose.

Ridiculously overpriced. Simple men’s haircut that takes 10 mins is $41 pre tip? Bet you pay the hairdresser $5 for that. Pathetic.

Easy online appt, text updates on time, and Josh S is wonderful he does our sons hair and I recommend him to everyone we know!

Very nice barber. Literally worst haircut I’ve ever had. Did not follow the instructions. Required me going to another barbershop and getting another haircut to try and fix it. Nearly had to shave my head… Also had to shave my beard after she ruined that.

My haircut, was perfect, just what I hoped for.

Worst haircut I have EVER received. Very nice person but she did not listen to what I asked for and basically left me shaved with a tuft on top of my head. I think she made a mistake and had to run with it. I feel like I can’t leave the house with this cut.

Brian was amazing. He made my son look so handsome. He was super friendly and we enjoyed chatting with him while he cut my son’s hair.

I would recommend the stylist I had before I would recommend Floyd’s.

The stylist I had was supposed to give me a lineup, but she went in too far and shaved part of my hair! I’m not happy!!

My stylist Shakira was awesome. She did such an amazing job. She was so attentive and took a lot of care and pride in her Kraft. I got many compliments afterward.

My barber was exceptional and completed my service in a timely manner because she knew I had to get back to work even though I never mentioned it. Anticipated my needs and made me feel very comfortable. I also had fun talking about sports and current events. I will be back.

The shop is very nice.

Maybe for men’s haircuts. Definitely NOT for women’s highlights. Bummer

Easy to make online reservation. Ryan was an excellent barber and very knowledgeable and professional.

I enjoy everything. Just gave to get use to this location. I seem like one on Harrison was in a better spot for me. Transportation wise and more space.

Overall this was a very customer friendly environment. Josh did an amazing job on my cut. He was very informative and made recommendations which show he is very design oriented and tasks his craft serious.
