Did not have a good experience y’all sent me to a barber and not a natural stylist I have longer hair and a butchered it. it’s uneven, not not even layered.

It wasn’t a great experience this time. The barber in the front desk person were apathetic. I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade and even I know that if you want to make people feel like they matter, you say goodbye or tell them to have a nice day when they leave. That didn’t happen with either the barber or the front desk person. I didn’t feel like this was a good experience.

Probably the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Will be going somewhere to get it fixed.
