Probably the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Will be going somewhere to get it fixed.

I've had better service and experience at other locations. This visit felt very lacking luster and I didn't get a hot towel.

I like being able to schedule online easily. No talking on the phone. No hassle. Show me the open spots and let me choose and then I am good to go.

I have had my hair cut with the manager before and she does a good job. Any other time I have been because I can’t get an appt with her, I haven’t been satisfied with the haircut. I told the guy what I wanted and he didnt do what I asked and made excuses. I also got home and there was hair around my ears and neck where he cut around my ears. Side burns cut uneven and fade not even. The cut was bad and the guy didn’t do what I asked and Made excuses. I’m just not the type to give someone a hard time I just want to leave cause there is no fixing it.

Everyone here is very responsive and when it's busy, I don't feel like I am waiting any longer. I like the hot towel and massage as well. Lots of barber shops don't do that anymore.
I would like it if booking online allowed me to see who is available by time instead of having to pick by person to find out they aren't working that day and try again.

I got a neck shave, it was the worst experience I had and my face felt like it was burning, he pressed the razor too hard on my skin, to the point that I had skin cuts on my neck. Thee were spots where I had blood coming out on my neck and I had to rub ice everywhere.

I had been having a rough week prior to getting my haircut, I figured it might make me feel better going to get one. The last time I was at a different barbershop I ended up spending 85$ for a buzz cut including tip so I was skeptical to go somewhere different. I’m glad I did, I was introduced to my barber Stevan I believe is how is name is spelled on my card and his demeanor and just the way he presented himself completely changed how I was feeling at the moment. I spent a good amount of time on the chair but I had no issue as I just see it as someone wanting to get the cut just right, I’d expect no less from a barber. He had even asked me if I was okay, I lied saying “I’m good” despite knowing how I’d been feeling as of late because he’s my barber not my therapist. I got a line up which is never something I’ve never gotten but I’d say it’s grown on me a bit. What I wanted to say is that you never know what another person is going through and this experience will have me coming back in the future.
