Got a bad haircut and place had a weird vibe

The stylist was very rude.

I used to regularly go to Floyd's for haircuts, but for the past couple years it's been either great or terrible. I understand that it's hard to find quality people, but if it can't be consistent it doesn't work for me. I have a pretty hectic schedule and lately my haircuts have been walk ins which I understand limits my choices, so my advice to friends & family would be to shcedule with a higher level person.

Some barbers are definitely okay, but I think the overall service tries to reach a high end price-point without really delivering. I’ve had more success with super cuts even for unique hair like mine.

Colleen at Floyd’s Barbershop is absolutely amazing! My son and I have been going to her for a long time, and she consistently does an incredible job. What really sets Colleen apart is her attention to detail, consistency, and the level of service she provides every single time.

She takes the time to understand exactly what we want and makes sure we leave looking and feeling great. When you find someone who knows your style and delivers every time, it makes it really hard to trust anyone else with your haircut.

Colleen you are the reason we keep coming back to the same place. Great stylist, great service, and someone my son and I genuinely enjoy going to. Highly recommended!

Making an appointment is a breeze. Very convenient and fair pricing.

Walked in a few minutes early for scheduled appointment and no one at front desk. I sat down and 5 mins later someone acknowledged i was there and unfriendly barber motioned me to chair. He didn’t seem to want to be there. I wish I just refused the service and walked out.

It wasn’t a great experience this time. The barber in the front desk person were apathetic. I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade and even I know that if you want to make people feel like they matter, you say goodbye or tell them to have a nice day when they leave. That didn’t happen with either the barber or the front desk person. I didn’t feel like this was a good experience.

Probably the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Will be going somewhere to get it fixed.
