Unfortunately the last few times we have been we have had to come back and fix. Yesterday we ended up needing go back as there was several hairs behind the ears that were long however we decided that we are going to another barber . Haircuts there are not consistent and should have to go back 3 x in a row. They should be checking thoroughly.
Seemed like everyone didn’t really want to be there. Been coming here for a while, and it’s definitely gone downhill a bit.
LOVE LUCY, SHE IS THE BEST
Exceptional accommodation for someone that isn't familiar with terminology for haircuts, only needed to give vague ideas and was exactly what I was looking for
Tess was fantastic! Took her time and gave great care!
Went in as a walk in. Was attended quickly.
Viri is the GOAT!
I have always had great service. My haircuts always look professionally done
very friendly barber
It’s easy to get an appointment. Location is near my home.
My teen and older son both get great cuts every time! Precise lines and cuts!
The cost wasn’t clear, the cut didn’t follow what was asked, we had to come home and fix the cut. It was pretty disappointing.
Floyd's has gone way downhill. I used to go to a real Mexican barber shop in Santa Ana that was awesome because the barbers were real barbers -- extremely skilled -- and it was a real old fashioned barber shop experience. I started going to Floyd's when it opened here because it was almost as good but a nicer environment and close to my house. Nowadays, the environment is just as good as ever, but Floyd's no longer has what I would call real barbers with good skills. It's more like Supercuts in a more fun venue. When I came in for a haircut two months ago, the stylist (she wasn't good enough to call a barber) used an electric razor on my neck, which was a first at Floyds, and then she put on shaving cream and used the BACK of the straight razor to wipe off the shaving cream for that "real straight razor" experience. WTF? (I have always used a straight razor to shave my face daily, and I haven't owned any other type of razor in 30 years, so I can definitely tell the difference between the front and back of a straight razor.) You can't hire people who know how to use a straight razor so they just pretend? And then the most recent cut was by a guy who was extremely nice and pleasant but who missed a bunch of stuff that my wife (who does even not cut hair) had to clean up when I got home -- some really long curls of hair that didn't get cut at all. Neither of these stylists offered the post-cut massage. As soon as I got home, I told my wife I'm not going back to Floyd's and that it's time to start going back to the Mexican barber in Santa Ana.
Shane gave me the best cut I've had in a long while
Great service and atmosphere
While everyone is nice and the vibe is what we are going for, we don’t feel like what we ask for is what we receive. My daughter is also Deaf she was given a stylist that wears a mask, making it hard for my daughter to communicate with the stylist, as she can’t see lips moving.
Relaxing and attention to detail.
Matt always goes above and beyond, he's a great person. Floyd's should be honored to have him as an employee!!!
Ty Floyd's
Viri did an amazing job
Easy to schedule, convenient, great stylist
Floyd’s customer service is top notch and they’re always friendly and accomidating.
Superb service. Friendly atmosphere!
Really relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, no wait, and friendly staff.
Stylists are hit or miss, and I would recommend bringing a picture of your desired hairstyle because they rarely get it right from verbal description. You need to do a lot of work to make sure your $60 isn't garbage.
Very personalable
