Really relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, no wait, and friendly staff.

Stylists are hit or miss, and I would recommend bringing a picture of your desired hairstyle because they rarely get it right from verbal description. You need to do a lot of work to make sure your $60 isn't garbage.

Very personalable

I would recommend this Barber shop. The Tustin location has a lot of great barbers/stylists and I have always been happy with anyone who’s cut my hair. Especially when Shane is avalible, he is very talented and I love his advice/ recomendations for my hair. Shane is always very friendly and has great tips on how to style my hair differently. He always offers a shampoo and head/shoulder massage but I’m usually short on time and kindly decline but he always makes me feel comfortable.

It was my first time in this location and only had to go here because my usual barber is out of town. I’m. It satisfied with the result so would likely not recommend this place based on my experience. I understand my experience was only with one stylist so I can’t say anything for other barbers and stylists.

Amazing atmosphere and friendly staff that made the experience more fun. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good haircut for fair price.

We have been going to Cheyenne. She is amazing , very inconsistent with other barbers. This last woman did not ask my son what he wanted. She just started cutting and the haircut turned out choppy and rushed.

Mauri is a queer-friendly barber and know how to make you feel comfortable pretty quick, all while giving a haircut that makes you feel good and confident walking out the door! Been getting my haircuts with them for over 2 years now, and hopefully for much longer!

My son had a great haircut done by Kiki. He was ready to move on from the typical kids cutting place and I was looking for somewhere new to take him. Glad to find Kiki as she offered some great suggestions for his very grown out hair. She also suggested some hair products that were best for his very straight hair. Glad we found her and can’t wait to be back.

After getting home and trying to style my hair I found that it was basically chopped up. Very uneven, and difficult to style. Just going to have to wait till it grows out. Just really disappointed but that’s what I get for believing a bio.

I was early, waiting was no problem. When the time can for our appointment they must of been running behind because we were called 20 minutes later. Still this was ok. When my grandson was called he told the guy what he wanted. Even tried to show a picture of it. It was what he had before, just now it had grown to long. He got nothing close to it. One side was higher than the other. The lower side was about 3/4 of a inch longer than the other. My grandson looked like he wanted to cry. The man left him twice to come to the front desk to check a computer screen, then went back to cut more. If he didn't want to cut the hair as asked, he should have given us to someone else to do.
I also asked for a shampoo when scheduling and that was not done. I am unaware of the guys name, but he was new, about 2 weeks working there

My hair wasn’t cut all the way and the entire haircut felt very rushed. One of the worst experiences I have had.

Cheyenne is a great Barber and love her! The only comment I have is that my appointment time was changed and I was not told.

I had made an appointment with Adrien but on the morning of I was notified he was not able to see me. Fortunately they found a stylist who would be able to at the same time. Sally cut my hair and I was very happy with results. She knew exactly what I was asking for and executed perfectly.
In the past there have been some last minute changes on schedule and Kaitlyn has helped me in getting rebooked expeditiously. She has also helped me very much in the past as well when I have to double book for myself and son for the same times. You have a great team there and they really have customer service at top of list.

Kiki is amazing! She really listens when I tell her what I want but is also upfront and honest with me on what will work best. Trust is super important when it comes to color/cuts for me and I will always come back just for her

Always a great hair cut. Highly recommended if you are looking for a new style or happy with your current style.

I wanted to try a new haircut place and really liked the atmosphere and cool vibe when I walked in. Greeter was very helpful and warm.

I got assigned Val and she did an ok job cutting my hair except for the back of my head. I only realized when I got home. I had asked for clean and near around ears and back and blend the top of my hair with my side and back.

Unfortunately she made the length of the back of my hair all the same length instead of so it makes my head look squarish instead of round. Haircut is clean but not what I wanted.

I also had a shampoo massage add on but the massage lasted less than 30 seconds. At least the coupon made it free and I had a new customer discount too. Otherwise I definitely wouldn’t pay as much as it costs.

I arrived without an appointment, but the receptionist scheduled one for me so I ran errands for an hour and came back to get my haircut. That was great!

You didn’t disappoint at all however I don’t think your brand offers value. To be honest it just seems over priced for the services you “offer”. Everyone seems robotic. The girls at the front desk seem like they are just going thru the basic motions of answering the phone, folding towels, checking out. They don’t seem genuine or could care about a customer being there. Besides the music playing the energy is lack luster and barely inviting.

Mauri is an extremely talented stylist! She is absolutely brilliant
