The barber was fairly new and struggled with my haircut and goatee trim. Hair is uneven, I had to coach barber along with the haircut numerous times

I normally go to the Mar Vista store on Venice Blvd and ended up at this one by accident. The stylist that was assigned to me needs more training.

Barber was excellent

I am very happy with how my hair looks and my overall experience at the shop.

Temo seemed to be in a rush through my haircut and barely talked to me. When I went home and the hair dried, I noticed how uneven the back of my head was with the flow cut that I wanted.

Arrived early for my appointment and the barber was able to see me without any wait. great service, fast and friendly.

Staff are friendly, shop is clean, always on time and have never received a bad haircut. I highly recommend Floyd’s 99 to my family and friends.

Convenience, service, price, vibe, are all 9 but the quality of the haircut can be unreliable. I’m not too picky but I wish they’d remember my numbers as a regular customer. I always get the Floyds cut but the quality varies I think, often uneven spots.

Not really impressed. Zero interaction with stylist. It was like she was getting me out of there as fast as she could. Place was empty. Not much to do on my beard, but she could have faked it and spent a little more time. I was in and out in 10 minutes.
Not coming back. Will find someone:someplace with a little more customer attention. Felt like a fast food experience. Yuck, I was there for the experience. Did not get it. I can cut my own beard, Wanted to feel the luxe and feeling I was getting a "treatment" Maybe like when (IDK) when women get their nails done. Not about the money. So did not deliver. Now I know.
Maybe that's your model. Not for me. Don't mean to be critical. Maybe just not your client model and that's cool, but the Wow factor was zero. I will not return. Nothing personal.
