Kevin was extremely rude to my 8 year old and I. The woman with red and orange hair was atrocious to my 4 year old. Yanked her arm out and told her extremely rudely to “use her words” while I was already explaining the length to be removed. Will never be returning. Will be letting everyone know to never go since treating children like dirt is acceptable.

Hair was cut way shorter than i wouldve liked. Management was professional in handling the situation. The 2 times i went before i had a great experience so this time was dissapointing.

I've generally had good experiences and my wife loves her stylist Michelle that she's had the last couple of years.

Shop has a pleasing interior, stylists are very good and next to no wait time.
