Hair was cut way shorter than i wouldve liked. Management was professional in handling the situation. The 2 times i went before i had a great experience so this time was dissapointing.

I've generally had good experiences and my wife loves her stylist Michelle that she's had the last couple of years.

Shop has a pleasing interior, stylists are very good and next to no wait time.

Haircut started almost 15 minutes late. It was very rushed, most likely because the barber was behind schedule. I asked for a 1.5 on the sides but that is not what I received. I also said that they should take more off on top and they came up with an excuse not to do it. Sides were not blended well so it looks like I got chopped. They said they'd fade the sides and did not do that either.

Vanessa is amazing. She's personable, fast & does great work. Not only do I use her for myself, I moved my son here too. She's great with working with him and his ever-changing hairstyles. She talks him through it and does it in stages when he decides to take drastic changes.

Lacey is absolutely PHENOMENAL! In a world where people in the service industry usually couldn't care any less about their clients, Lacey is the polar opposite. She know about me PERSONALLY, let alone exactly how I want my hair cut/styled. Shes the only the reason I continue coming back biweekly. That and the front desk team knowing me by name and making every visit fun!!!!!
