Prompt service, greeted at door,expert work

I am disappointed in the consistency of quality of stylists. This most recent hair cut was genuinely the worst I have ever received.

Friendly, competent stylists

My partner just had the worst haircut of his life. My boyfriend asked to keep it long on top, take off a couple of inches, and to blend all the hair together. Not only did Amy W do completely the opposite, but she treated my partner like a doll, harshly PUSHING his head around when he was sitting completely still, and used the razor MULTIPLE TIMES in areas where it was supposed to be long. We asked for no scalp to be shown & in the pictures below, you can see that is not the case. She also cut my partner in multiple places, seemed incompetent when waxing his eyebrows (and left them incomplete), and was not kind in the slightest.

I will include our inspo pictures that we showed her & what his hair looks like now. After the horrible experience, I called to clarify her name because she didn't even introduce herself to us during the haircut. The other Amee answered the phone, who we both made comments about after the haircut about how happy her client looked during the duration of his haircut. Amee was apologetic, knew who we were based on how unhappy we left the shop, and suggested that we come to her instead next time. She also was very accommodating & asked if we'd like to speak to a manager about our experience, in which I responded, that the damage was already done. Amee seems amazing, kind, and actually treated her clients like human beings, while Amy W did the opposite.

Very disappointed with this experience & we will not be coming back to her EVER!

In conclusion,

DO NOT GO TO AMY W!!

Demi is great. She always knows exactly how to cut and style my hair and does a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

The stylist that helped me last night was awesome

2 out of 3 times I have gone was a great experience where they gave a much better cut than the competition nearby. Very happy with the last two results.

My appointment was at 4:25. I was still waiting at 4:50 when a walk in was seated before I was.

We love having the same stylist, it's just that sometimes they leave and we have to start from scratch. We've been in a good rhythm lately.

I was expecting a kids cut. It was explained to me why my 10 year old's hair didn't qualify for a kids cut.

The shop was very welcoming.

The atmosphere and staff here are amazing.

I can say the same exact words to 3 different stylists and get 3 incredibly different haircuts. I can also repeat it at the next haircut and end up with a total of 6 very different cuts.

Amy is the best! She is very professional and can cut any style of hair. Friendly and makes the whole experience great!

I like the ability to make appointments in the app and then arrive at that time and get right in. The employees are all friendly and I like the whole environment.

Scheduling has been really difficult (they tell me my appt is a half hour later and then I get a text while I’m waiting that I missed my appt), always running late, stylists keep leaving, poor customer service when checking in/they seem annoyed, shop drama is always being talked about
