Talented stylist, nice vibe

The prices are simply too high for me to be capable of persuading anyone over from the cheaper alternatives. Unless you have a challenging hairstyle, they'll do just as effective of a job

Great staff, easy scheduling

The customer service at the Ward Road location has increased dramatically in the last few months and the stylists are still excellent.

Amee is absolutely amazing. I’ve been seeing her for over 2 years getting my hair done. I will never go to anyone else. I love conversing with her and she always does an amazing job on my hair. Every time I leave I get so many compliments on it. I am so appreciative of her.

Terrible experience, will never go back.

Tru is the best. Great with working with my 12 yo son (speaking with him directly and listening to his requests). He is great at managing his wavy hair. Other styles don’t seem to know how to cut it but Tru gives a perfect cut each time.

My first appointment was canceled because the stylist had an emergency. My second appointment I had a 9:30am appointment and I had to leave after waiting 20 minutes. My third appointment I was bumped by a walk in. After another 15 minute wait I got my haircut. The stylist was great.

The last few times that I have booked an appointment, I end up waiting between 15-20 minutes before I get seated.
