The last few times that I have booked an appointment, I end up waiting between 15-20 minutes before I get seated.

All the barbers/stylists were excellent, professional, and take their time with their artistic talents.

As with anywhere, some stylists are better than others, but I've generally been satisfied. I typically book last second, so I take whoever is available.

My son was very disappointed in his haircut. He feels the stylist didn't listen to what he asked for and his hair is very uneven and messed up in the back. Can he come in and get it fixed?

Karen has been cutting my hair for quite awhile. She’s good. My husband also really likes Demi.

I told the stylist exactly what I wanted which was half an inch off the top and clean up on the sides. She proceeded to nearly give me a buzz cut and the top is completely uneven and not blended in.
It is literally the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I had to schedule an appointment somewhere else to try to fix it. Very disappointed and won’t be back.

Stylist upsold my minor son for services he didn’t need without parent approval which cost extra.

My 18 minute haircut was rushed. I was not given a mirror to look at my hair while seated in the chair but rather after I stood up she let me glance in big mirror in a rush. I was unable to notice the sides were left way too long. Also no offer of a shoulder message which I look forward to. Amy W gave me a good haircut 1st time but this time not so good on this 2nd haircut. Unfortunately I will probably not be back sad to say.

You’ve raised your prices from ~$23 in 2016 to now I’m paying $40 for a “VIP” stylist in 2026 without changing a single thing about the experience. I understand the cost of running a business and inflation etc but it’s getting out of hand.

Sometimes a long wait even when I have an appointment. Haircuts are generally fine but sometimes they completely mess it up. The Wadsworth location is more consistent

Stylist was 12 minutes late. Did not cut my hair the way I asked, seriously rushed through the whole thing. Wanted an etched part that didn’t happen. Booked a shampoo that didn’t happen. She didn’t even hold a mirror so I could see the back. I’ve received less than great haircuts here before l, but always come back because of how I was treated. That’s done now, bad cut AND horrible treatment, it’s a pass from now on. Seriously one of the worst experiences getting a cut

I did not realize until I got home that my beard was cut in a much different way than what we had discussed. I was moved in ways where I was never facing the mirror until the very end and I didn’t notice it from a far.

Your scheduling software needs a ‘non-preferred’ stylist. There is one person who I don’t care for - she’s fine, but just not my cup of team. Otherwise I don’t care - but literally every time I let the systems schedule anyone for me - it’s her.

This ended up being an unfortunately bad hair cut. There are multiple mistakes that are noticeable to people. The stylist is as also jittery and overtop the entire time with conversing and dancing around.

It’s gotten really expensive. Same cut used to be $7 less. I see that there are now levels of stylist, but seriously - same cut just more expensive. After a couple years and being really happy with cuts, we’ll have to look elsewhere
