The stylist was just great!! The front receptionist was somewhat off putting didn’t explain everything and almost lead me to turn around and leave!

Did not listen to what kind of haircut, used a 2 on top instead of a 4, effectively cutting hair way to short and the only fix is waiting it out. Razor burn and scratches along my son’s head as well.

Lyanna was so amazing she gave me a great cut very professional and intelligent
