I went in for a haircut and a straight shave Eric was unsatisfactory and the shave was the poorest thing I’ve ever had done it imust’ve took 45 minutes for her to try to do a straight shave and she asked for help after cutting me a couple of times blaming my whiskers the whole time

Cuts are very consistent. I’ve been to Floyd’s 3 times, have had 3 different people cut my hair and have had good results without having to do a lot of explaining about what I want.

Made appointments for me and my son. They texted us to come 15 minutes later than our time so we did. He got right in but they didn’t have a stylist for me so i had to wait 15 minutes.

It’s just expensive I’d say. Although, I think the price is fine for my situation.

I think Jessica is absolutely fantastic., and she is reason I keep coming back to Floyd's.

The music was a bit loud, made it had to converse with the barber/stylist.

Easy to make appointments, good location, and great staff.

Do not allow a stylist to take an appointment until 15 minutes after their scheduled start time. That gives them time to get to work, get their station set... everything they need to get ready. Instead of someone waiting for a stylist to arrive and then get setup...unless it's a custom appointment or prior arrangements have been made. If someone has an appointment and is there on time they should be able to be seen in a matter of minutes, not wait for the next stylist to show up for their shift

The stylist was just great!! The front receptionist was somewhat off putting didn’t explain everything and almost lead me to turn around and leave!

It's always easy to find a convenient appointment time at the Westminster Floyd's, and my family has always had great, kind stylists!

Did not listen to what kind of haircut, used a 2 on top instead of a 4, effectively cutting hair way to short and the only fix is waiting it out. Razor burn and scratches along my son’s head as well.

Lyanna was so amazing she gave me a great cut very professional and intelligent

Just do more of a like head massage when you get your hair washed.
