Did not listen to what kind of haircut, used a 2 on top instead of a 4, effectively cutting hair way to short and the only fix is waiting it out. Razor burn and scratches along my son’s head as well.

Alyssa did a great job getting my hair in shape after it was growing out from a buzz cut. She was able to turn it into a real style and left feeling and looking great! She’s wonderful!

Got a grey blend treatment in addition to my hat cut. This was the first time for me and it appears the stylist. There was no blend, got a complete hair color and way darker then my hair has ever been. Not real happy about that. If it was a full color then closer to my natural color would have been better.

The best hair cuts are the ones that you’re barber listens to you and explains how to achieve what you’re out come goal is.

This was undoubtedly one of the most unsatisfactory experiences I’ve had at Floyd’s. Having visited several locations, including Colorado Springs, Superior, and two in Boulder, the Westminster branch stands out as the worst. The stylist, Jessica, was overly aggressive with her hand movements. During the initial consultation, despite showing her a visual representation of my desired look, she suggested it might be too long and recommended keeping some length, which was not what I wanted. When it came to the fade using clippers, she accidentally cut me, leaving my neck extremely sensitive. Yet, she persisted with hard pressure and a stiff bristle brush, attributing the redness and irritation to “dry skin.” Ultimately, she cut much more than the picture indicated, leaving me deeply unsatisfied with the service. Although I arrived 30 minutes before closing, that should not have compromised the quality of the cut.
