The whole process of renting a tux online was easy and affordable. I was doubtful at first, but the measurements were spot on and my tux fit like a glove!

Horrible experience. My order was shipped late and when I called to inquire I was told to “call FedEx”

Product came much later than expected and was not fitting, almost unable to wear my garment to my event because of the poor experience

The timeline for return sucks. Who’s going to return the suit or tux the day after the event. Not only that they mismeasure and you don’t get your suit for another 2 days but it’s still due the day after the event. When you ask for an extension the manager said it’s $10 a day you’re late to return. The reason because the next person isn’t going to get the suit…how does that make a sense??!

Very friendly and caring staff.

When I got sized the suit jacket I put on there fit me perfectly. When I went to pick it up, it felt too large. After mentioning this to the staff, they were unable to explain why this had happened, and I was forced to take it and make the alterations myself. I was disappointed, as I had a really good experience the first time I went in but the pick-up experience was not a good one.

Costs are too high for rentals. Return time frame is too aggressive post wedding when most people are decompressing and recovering. Not clear enough which items we bought vs rented (had to call in to confirm). Some guys returned their shoes some kept them

The staff at the La Mesa store were very professional and knowledgeable about outfitting me with my suit. Kudos all around!!

Outstanding service

The reliability and ease of ordering was great. All items were delivered on time and in great condition. The only things I noticed were that the shoes had no grip at all and people were slipping.

Other than that, I think the process of getting different size of something after trying on can be a bit confusing. Possibly a form to fill out would be helpful!

The tux was great and fit perfectly the first time. Great quality. Was a bit pricey in my opinion for a one evening wear.

Ordering was super simple and easy but I did have to have my shirt and pants dry cleaned prior to the event due to my shirt being super wrinkled and by pants being dusty

When I spoke to a representative on the phone, they told me I could switch out my shirt free of charge and I did not need to bring it in to the store when I switched it out. So my wife goes to the store to pick up the new shirt, and we got charged $22 for it. Person in store said we had to have original shirt in person to not get charged. Inconsistent messaging lead to us getting charged more money which is unacceptable in my opinion.

Entire experience was great. Walked in day before a wedding with little to no clue what I needed or what would look good. From the start, they walked me through my options, gave me valuable and needed advice and took their time to make sure the look and fit was amazing. Highly recommend.

Solid service, but it was difficult being a canadian resident. I didn't have a means of testing the fit of my rental without cost-prohibitive international shipping, or booking one-off travel down to the states to try on at my shipping location. Thankfully customer service helped me order several sizes of pants (everything fit great!) but it cost me a bit extra and was a bit more difficult than my US based friends.
