The staff was very attentive and patient, even when it took me multiple orders and try-ons to determine the size I wanted to go with.

Im not a tux guy so needed advice and they helped me out with out being the least bit snooty. Had some alteration problems and they stuck with it until it was right.

Friar Tux made several mistakes to our order. Two of my groomsmen did not get the right size of pants and jacket even though they had gotten fitted few weeks prior. They had to have a new size shipped into the store a few days before the wedding. My 3rd groomsmen who lives in New York did not get his order shipped to him and so he did not have a chance to alter his measurements. Friar Tux did not reach out to tell us that his order would not be shipped in time due to not paying the balance. As a result, his jacket size was comically too large and we had to buy him a better fitting jacket from Men’s Wearhouse on the day of the wedding. He also received two different shoe sizes - a size 10.5 shoe and a size 13 shoe. How does that mistake even happen? My rating is low because of these mistakes. I hope Friar Tux is able to improve in the future because these mistakes should not have been made.

Joson was extremely helpful as my husband’s tux from Men’s Warehouse was not delivered on time. We needed a tux in three hours and Friar’s Tuc saved the day!

Next day drop off after the event is kind of wild. Another day in between would be ideal

My only added note is that a little more time allowance for returns would be great, rather than the standard day after the event.
