The manager at the Arcadia store was on point with the fitting. 👌

Great prompt service. Great communication. The suit was amazing!

Friar Tux made several mistakes to our order. Two of my groomsmen did not get the right size of pants and jacket even though they had gotten fitted few weeks prior. They had to have a new size shipped into the store a few days before the wedding. My 3rd groomsmen who lives in New York did not get his order shipped to him and so he did not have a chance to alter his measurements. Friar Tux did not reach out to tell us that his order would not be shipped in time due to not paying the balance. As a result, his jacket size was comically too large and we had to buy him a better fitting jacket from Men’s Wearhouse on the day of the wedding. He also received two different shoe sizes - a size 10.5 shoe and a size 13 shoe. How does that mistake even happen? My rating is low because of these mistakes. I hope Friar Tux is able to improve in the future because these mistakes should not have been made.

Joson was extremely helpful as my husband’s tux from Men’s Warehouse was not delivered on time. We needed a tux in three hours and Friar’s Tuc saved the day!

Next day drop off after the event is kind of wild. Another day in between would be ideal

Clean and exact fixed nice material quick service delivered.

The service was great! Friar Tux is my to go to place and they always deliver! Thank you!

Great Customer Service and Support! Made everything much easier for us. Thank you !

I used to come to Friar Tux in the 1980s for all my high school formal events. When I recently was invited to a black tie event I was glad to know Friar Tux was still around. I was impressed with the service, the quality of the tux, the styles available and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Thank you for making me look my best on a very special day.

Good friendly business suit were excellent fit and on time for my event keep up the good work

Wrong color shoe. I got dark down while all the other groomsmen got light brown. Ruined it

The service was great 👍

Joson made the experience as best and smooth as possible. As the groom, I’ve got enough stuff going on and didn’t want to deal with this. But Joson made the selection process easy, quick and ensured I looked sharp. He also took excellent care of my groomsman. Joson made this experience a 10/10z

The employee that helped us went above and beyond. He was very kind and helpful.

The service provided by Tiffany and Selena was excellent. I needed a suit for the next day, the shop had what I needed and I was able to leave the shop a very satisfied customer.

I loved the whole experience.

Great customer service

Joson is the best!

The staff was very knowledgeable, they made the process easy, and helped us make the event super special. I don’t need to rent a suit every week, but I know where to go when I do need something.

My sales person Zander was very helpful and patient, it was a great experience overall.

Tiffany at Arcadia provided excellent service and offered various options. Her genouine attentiveness and professionalism made all the difference!

My only added note is that a little more time allowance for returns would be great, rather than the standard day after the event.

Thank you

Great customer service and great experience

Very profecional wry kind personal you have everything for any event

I loved the customer service. Everyone I had a chance to interact with were nice and really helpful.

Great service and very professional

Joson was the best when taking care of us. He made my husband feel comfortable, and handsome in his suit. He took care of our wedding group with the best communication and patience. I would recommend Friar Tux to all.

We took our toddler to be measured for his suit in early April at the Arcadia location and two weeks before the June wedding, in late May, his suit was inconveniently not available in his size. We were told we only needed to go back to be remeasured and the rest will taken care of, this is now a week before the wedding.
We went and they gave us a whole size bigger suit but they wanted to charge an extra $150 on top of his suit price for alterations. A cost that was not told to us once over the phone nor in any emails due to their mistake of not having his size available.
They also wanted us to drive to their alterations location, to try the suit on and be measured again! because they don’t do that type of alterations in house.
We left the bigger size suit and went to the West Covina location to try the size smaller suit in hopes to make it work.
We ended up going with the size smaller suit and hemmed the pants just a bit for a better fit. We were told to go back next day for pick up on Tuesday, now 4 days before the wedding.
We went to pick up the suit and the collar on the white button down was dirty, it was not like this the day before. I noticed as I was leaving the store and told the associate that there was an issue and I was told that they don’t have that size button down in their store and it will take 2 days for it to arrive, meaning Thursday, two days before the wedding!
I did not go back for the replacement button down. I was so over the back and forth and having to return to the store again, to fix an issue that friars was responsible for, again.
We will not be returning for any suit needs for the foreseeable future.

Not only does friar tux have an amazing collection and variety of suits and tuxedos but they have an amazing staff that are friendly and helpful in more ways than one. Always feel welcomed when going to Friar Tux

Great staff and good prices

The entire process end-to-end was very smooth and easy. Thanks to everyone in-store at the Arcadia, Glendale and Torrance locations!

Great Service and selection

Friendly and professional

Very friendly associate. Extremely helpful. Very happy with quick turnaround time

Your staff is amazingly courteous. Wait time on one visit was a little bit long but there were a few people in the store.

Thank you

The hard working men are very helpful and accommodating . They were all very attentive and very pleasant to clients. They have a wide selections of suits and tux to choose from . The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this business.

The person who helped us was extremely nice and helpful. Great experience.

Our wedding on May 9th was unforgettable. I came into the store expecting to find a wedding suit for myself, my groomsmen and my father-in-law and his brothers. What I didn’t expect was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time and everyone else has said the same.

Joson made the entire process feel easy from the moment we walked in. No pressure, no fake sales pitch — just genuine professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. During a stressful time with wedding planning, that really stood out.

What impressed me most was the way he handled both customers and his team. He stayed calm, organized, and focused no matter how busy things got. He treated everyone with respect, paid attention to the small details, and made people feel comfortable immediately. You could tell the staff trusted and respected him too.

At a certain point, I stopped thinking of him as “just a store manager.” He carries himself like someone ready for much bigger leadership roles. The way he communicates, solves problems, and takes ownership of the customer experience is something you usually see from high-level executives, not retail managers.

Every single suit came out great, but honestly, the service is what I’ll remember most. He made an important moment in my life feel important to him too, and that level of care is rare these days.

To the owners of the company: this is the kind of person you invest in, promote, and keep long term. People like this build strong teams, loyal customers, and great businesses.

Absolutely outstanding experience.

Your
Montclair location was amazing I would refer people to that location Loralee and Tyrone were nice and helpful. However I our Arcadia location was horrible. The staff that worked didnt measure my husband correctly or ask how he felt with the fit. Our ring bearer had to go in tp get new items his measurements were off. Overall.that staff in arcadia waa ride and made them feel like a burden.

Our rep was amazing ! He made it extra special moment when renting prom suit

I loved how accommodating they were and patient as I was being a litt

Tiffany was very attentive and professional during the process of renting the tuxedos for our son's wedding event. Every thing went smoothly as it did 32 years ago when we used Friar Tux for our wedding.

We went for a shirt, we were seen quickly. Fortunately, there was a shirt in my size, and we didn't have to wait or come back.

Joson was incredibly helpful in the Arcadia store with our group order and helped make the selection and ordering process simple and enjoyable. The shipping was convenient. The suits looked great!!

Very helpful and friendly staff!

Tiffany was awesome on my initial measurements. She took so much time to get it right for me, I loved the whole experience. When it was time to try everything on, it was great. Jo Son took care of me, made sure everything looked sharp (I trust him because he was dressed to the 9s...) and it was one of the most customer service oriented experiences I've ever had. Honestly, better than Nordstrom. I think y'all are legendary, and I will not ever hesitate to recommend.

Friendly enviroment

Great friendly customer.
Service

I know where youre located; youre close & i dont lnow whonyour competitors are and Id rather take a beating than deal with hunting a tux down when i need one so I go to you
