The service was Horrible from beginning to the end our suits can all wrong and not fitting us when we picked up our suits. Wrong size pants and my son’s jacket was not tailored wrong and the Manager didn’t accommodate us like she was supposed to to her name was Faith from the Brea location. We all live and Learn I guess it was horrible service, We will never rent from there again.

Staff made this process easy.

We used Friar Tux to rent suits for my husband, his best man, and his father for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! From start to finish, Friar Tux in Brea was phenomenal. The suit fittings and colors were perfect and everything was shipped and delivered early with zero issues. Everyone I spoke to at this location was pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with. The return process was super simple as well. I genuinely can’t recommend Friar Tux enough!

The pants didn’t fit right

They made quite a few mistakes on this order. They first told me I didn’t need a tie and a vest and then they told me I didn’t need a tie and a vest and I was already out of town so my son had to go down and pick it up for me.

The service and selections were good. It was fast and simple.

We had a great experience at the beginning. Maggie was very helpful with picking the perfect tux for the groom and suits for the groomsmen. We scheduled an appointment for a second fitting closer to the wedding and had a different employee assisting us. She told us that our items weren’t ready for pick up and to come back in a few days to pick them up. We came back on the day she told us, and she said our items still weren’t available. There was a lack of communication and we felt like our time was wasted coming in for a third fitting when our items weren’t ready.

Great service paid attention to details and fit was perfect according to body type.

Rental could not be fulfilled. Workers were not educated enough to know how the tuxedo should fit. They tried to explain they only had boys sizes and I should work with it. Unacceptable!

The fitting of the tux was quick and easy. Service is very good and I highly recommend anyone that’s trying to rent a suit to this 5 star place.

I really enjoyed how quick and easy the whole process was. I felt well taken care of and I felt like the staff prioritized me the moment I walked into the store.

The staff was kind and cordial. The garments themselves were disappointing at best. I’m not that hard to fit for clothes. The clothes were all awful slim fit 2010s clothes. Low rise tight ill fitting pants. Shirt was too tight in the body and too big in the neck. Classic fit options would be a big improve for anyone that isn’t skinny.

I was not very happy when I went back to try my suit on after original measurements. It appeared I got the alterations of a complete different person. There is no doubt my original measurements were done correctly, but somehow it appears the pants got mixed up somewhere somehow and I got pants that were very, very short in length. Therefore a remeasure was done and I had to make another trip back to the location to try on and pick up. From start to finish I had four trips to the location.

It was very easy to get the right size and measurements for my suit. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I also got to deliver to a different store from where I picked up. I loved that. Return was super easy.

The gentleman that checked me out in Brea, was probably new, he wasn't familiar with the system, and seemed very nervious, not sure how much training your employees have, be he seemed unsure, but finally asked for assistance.

The Brea location took minimum 1 hr wait time each time we went. The computer system “could not find” us or our event and when we gave them our event code it was linked to a whole different party each time.

The majority of my groomsmen received suits that did not fit them and had to replace them the week of the wedding.

Aside from the wait, staff were very helpful.
