The child vest rental we received was comically small. It only worked when covered by the blazer. My nephew who was the exact same size and rented his outfit at the same time received a properly sized vest.

Very attentive to my son and suit great availability options

I returned the tux at 4:58 and the door was already locked and the female employee in front would not let me in and she hid from me. After a few minutes later a guy came out and helped me with return. I would like to give koodos to that guy for good customer service but not so much to that female employee.

Service is good, price is on the expensive side, would like to see a longer time for returns without being assessed a fee.

Missed the date I should have received the suit by weeks. When I called to check on it, I was told there was a human an error twice before getting a call from the manager that said it looks like I picked my suit up and that they will not send another one. She offered 25% off a new suit. I demanded a full refund and had to call back a few times to get a response. They finally provided my suit one week before the wedding. I now had to come in to the store to pick up instead because f having it mailed to me as originally planned. Suit jackets were mostly all different. Half my groomsmen had tux jackets and the other half including myself had suit jackets.

My husband rented a suit for our wedding and they forgot to include the black buttons and suit cuff links. My husband had to work and come back due to alternation changes, one of the workers expressed we could come back and pick up the suit . Although my husband works long hours and asked if someone else can pick up the suit for him.
My mother in law picks up the suit and they said she isnt allowed to pick up the suit they my husband would need to pick it up himself which was difficult because we had been told other wise .

The material also felt cheap. Right after our wedding ceremony the button broke off my husband rental suit coat.

The alternations on my step dad’s long sleeve was not the same length for the wrists

Shoes were wrong size, needed to be refitted, shirt collar was dirty, and was not provided socks even though they were ordered. This is the second time I’ve rented here and the first time the shirts were wrong and only half groomsmen received cufflinks

The service was Horrible from beginning to the end our suits can all wrong and not fitting us when we picked up our suits. Wrong size pants and my son’s jacket was not tailored wrong and the Manager didn’t accommodate us like she was supposed to to her name was Faith from the Brea location. We all live and Learn I guess it was horrible service, We will never rent from there again.

We used Friar Tux to rent suits for my husband, his best man, and his father for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! From start to finish, Friar Tux in Brea was phenomenal. The suit fittings and colors were perfect and everything was shipped and delivered early with zero issues. Everyone I spoke to at this location was pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with. The return process was super simple as well. I genuinely can’t recommend Friar Tux enough!

The pants didn’t fit right

They made quite a few mistakes on this order. They first told me I didn’t need a tie and a vest and then they told me I didn’t need a tie and a vest and I was already out of town so my son had to go down and pick it up for me.

The service and selections were good. It was fast and simple.

We had a great experience at the beginning. Maggie was very helpful with picking the perfect tux for the groom and suits for the groomsmen. We scheduled an appointment for a second fitting closer to the wedding and had a different employee assisting us. She told us that our items weren’t ready for pick up and to come back in a few days to pick them up. We came back on the day she told us, and she said our items still weren’t available. There was a lack of communication and we felt like our time was wasted coming in for a third fitting when our items weren’t ready.

Great service paid attention to details and fit was perfect according to body type.

Rental could not be fulfilled. Workers were not educated enough to know how the tuxedo should fit. They tried to explain they only had boys sizes and I should work with it. Unacceptable!

The fitting of the tux was quick and easy. Service is very good and I highly recommend anyone that’s trying to rent a suit to this 5 star place.

I really enjoyed how quick and easy the whole process was. I felt well taken care of and I felt like the staff prioritized me the moment I walked into the store.

The staff was kind and cordial. The garments themselves were disappointing at best. I’m not that hard to fit for clothes. The clothes were all awful slim fit 2010s clothes. Low rise tight ill fitting pants. Shirt was too tight in the body and too big in the neck. Classic fit options would be a big improve for anyone that isn’t skinny.
