Danna saved the day when I needed a suit last-minute. Worked her magic and put together a set ready for primetime!
The staff was friendly however 1. I did not get an alert for fitting 2. When we picked up my son’s suit jacket arms was really short. It was off by 2 1/2 inches. 3. The long sleeve shirt arm length was long too (but we kept as it was too late to order another.
Son tried it on and he did not question the pants as he assumed he could adjust elastic. On say of even he asked me how do I make smaller… we could not. 4. He was given the wrong pant size (he is a 28”) and they gave him 30” & longer length. 5. Turns out 2 other boys were all given/ someone’s else’s pants. Not happy with ALL of the mistakes
Very organized, correct measure the first time, nice tux. They also sell suits which is interesting.
The cuffs on my jacket were not pressed after the hem and looked terrible. I had to go with it because of short time, but it was amateur work and I would not visit friar tux again.

My tuxedo was super tight. The shirt would not button. The coat was snug. Vest wouldn't button. Pants were the only thing that fit.

I went today 10/27 to return the shirt and tie we rented for my son. When I walked in the door a rep was helping someone and asked if I was turning something in, I said yes, she said she could take it and I started handing her the garment bag that the items we rented came in, then she says you are not handing anything to me with an attitude. I gave her the shirt and tie that was in my other hand and then said I did hand things to you- I started with the garment bag. I asked for a receipt of the return, this is my first time renting with you so I requested a receipt. This seemed to have bothered the rep and annoyed her. She then told me there was a fee- I mentioned that the event was Friday night and we were out of town. I also let her know that we have a relative that turned their items today as well and did not receive a charge. She then told me she was the manager of the store and had been there all day and no one else returned anything. I guess my relatives lied and imagined going to the store. For being a manager her attitude was what upset me. I had a great experience when we first went with the people that helped us get the measurements along with the second time we went to pick up the rental. The return was the bad experience not if we broke the rules and we owe money. If we owe the $20 we will pay for it, it is just the attitude received, âmaking â the rep print out a returned receipt and then telling me that our relative did not return anything, when they did was just not the treatment I received from your other employees- and this was your manager⦠Please have someone call me so I can process the $20 payment as the rental # card was not under my name. I rented 8 suites for a wedding. The young lady on our first visit took the wrong measurements. I went back for a final fitting and nothing fit. We were stressed out and the groom also had the wrong size shirt and jacket. We picked up our suites 1 day before the wedding and the groom was missing the hankerchief that we had paid for. I was really disappointed. I had to drive 3 times to the store just to get things right and ended missing a hankerchief. Not a good experience at all.
Everything about the renting of the Tux was excellent. The service, the fitting, and the return on the next day.
