Well. Things were good but when some of us picking up suits glendale people forgot to give a rose pin to a couple of us groomsmen. Making them have to go back for them again. Also a big mistake also happened. I requested dusty blue for the tie but we received a green tie instead. We just accepted it because it was too late to make changes. That was honestly the biggest blunder. We didnt complain since no time to complain and switch. Would like to know how friar tux would compensate that honestly.

Friar Tux changed my card like if I didn’t returned the tux, I have the receipt that I returned it and an email saying thank you for returning, but my bank card being charged like if didn’t. Very disappointing.

Friendly employees.

Several of the guys had to return to the store because they were given the wrong size pants or coat. Also, one person was given an entirely different vest. However, the staff was very diligent and polite to rectify all these issues.

The Manager Veronica Alvarez at your Downey CA store was Amazing! We were in need of a suit jacket only in one day and she was more than happy to help us. Didn’t tell us “it was too late” or “let me see if I can get it for you”. She was positive and letting us know it would not be a problem on accommodating us. We were able to pick up the next day like she told us. She was very very professional. I even took a couple of her business cards to give to family.
She was Wonderful and you can see she really enjoys helping the customers that she encounters. Thank you Veronica
