The associate was very helpful and professional in helping me with a comfortable fit.

Several of the guys had to return to the store because they were given the wrong size pants or coat. Also, one person was given an entirely different vest. However, the staff was very diligent and polite to rectify all these issues.

The Manager Veronica Alvarez at your Downey CA store was Amazing! We were in need of a suit jacket only in one day and she was more than happy to help us. Didn’t tell us “it was too late” or “let me see if I can get it for you”. She was positive and letting us know it would not be a problem on accommodating us. We were able to pick up the next day like she told us. She was very very professional. I even took a couple of her business cards to give to family.
She was Wonderful and you can see she really enjoys helping the customers that she encounters. Thank you Veronica

How the Suit was designed and how the establishment was well mannered but also the amazing employees and how kind they were able to help out what Suit I needed including the size and that they offer such great services to there customers I recommend this place 100/10 awesome place to get suits.

It seems like pickup days (Friday/Saturday) are less staffed than drop off days. Kyle was great at managing several clients but I opted not to try on during pickup because of the wait. When I was getting ready on the day of the event I noticed that in inside seam on one of the legs had an inch opening. I tried calling the store to try to get it fixed but it was already closed. Needless to say, I was self conscious about the opening getting bigger during the event or people noticing the opening. Perhaps better quality control is needed. Kyle was very professional and apologetic.
