OJ was absolutely helpful and super professional. Helped me out immensely and I felt complete trust after discussing with him. Considering my turnaround time was quick with a few days, I felt supremely at ease that I put my trust in the right hands and I was very happy with the customer service, the quality of the suits I rented and the pricing. Would absolutely go back.

The person fitting me was rushing me when there was no one else in the store but me. It seemed like he just wanted me to get out of the store to go back on his phone. I would not recommend the Glendale location to anyone.

Expensive

good service specifically for customers in southern california. Living in the bay area meant I needed to fly with the tux, which is apperently considered an additional bag on flights. I'd read online that that this wouldn't be the case but the person at the check-in counter said I'd need to pay to check it as an additional item, which would have made me worry about how the loaders would handle the suit, so instead I opted to ball it up to fit into my personal bag. I'd heard of someone else having to do this which led to us having slightly wrinkled suits.

Suits were fine but charges were not always upfront - we were told shipping cost (per item) and socks were included and then ended up paying for them later. Called to complain. Otherwise, everything came on time. We had a size issue but we were able to fix it with customer service and they shipped another one quickly .

I had to return to the store for multiple fitings. What I had to finally accept was a terrible fitting tux.

The fitting and delivery process was fine, the quality of the suit was great too. I wish they had the actual pieces that we wanted to try on in the store to better visualize what we wanted. My only other complaint is the return policy. 3 days after the event seems a little rushed. Extending it to 5-7 days would be better

We purchased bow ties for all the suits and this location failed to provide two gentleman with the bow ties and were handed the suits as ready when in fact were not complete. Our wedding was out of town and we were scrambling to locate two bow ties the day of the wedding.

The service was great and it was easy to pick up and return. The only thing was that the proportions of the dress shirt were a little weird. The collar was tight and the sleeves were long. Also the jacket sleeves were tight compared to the rest of the jacket. Otherwise everything was great.

The fitting, rental, and return process were easy and the people were great.

Extremely professional staff and quality products. There was a snag with the tailoring, and the staff took care of it right away on short notice mere days before the wedding. Being able to return rentals and other store locations was also very convenient.

The service I received felt more like a production line than actual service. They wanted to get us in and out - No real care to measuring, fit, or options offered. Especially the gentleman there who, I thought might relate better to a young boy going to an important school event. He looked bothered the whole time and I ended up asking a differentemployeefor guidance even though she was multi-tasking. Additionally, it was more costly than other places I've been to and less time was allowed for the return. I would not be back unless I absolutely had to.

The cut of the suit made sizing incredibly difficult, and even the one that fit the “best” really wasn’t a great fit. I don’t have an extreme body shape in any way, but the pant options were all unsatisfactory in some way or another and I ended up with a pair that was way too large for my waist and yet still incredibly tight through the thighs and seat. In the end, the service is incredibly convenient and easy to use as a customer but unsatisfactory in terms of sizing and cut for the majority of the wedding party I was in.

We had a very disappointing experience, especially considering this was for my wedding. Our measurements were somehow mixed up with another customer’s, and we were given suits in completely different sizes. During my father’s fitting, the pants were clearly too loose, and instead of properly remeasuring him or adjusting to a smaller size, we were simply told, “don’t worry, we’ll give you suspenders.” To make matters worse, we were later charged extra for the suspenders without any notice or approval beforehand. For such an important occasion, we expected much better communication, attention to detail, and professionalism. Also becarful they add additional items to your rental that you don't ask for and charge you for it

Octavio was very knowledgeable he got the sizing perfectly without trying on a second size. Final fit was easy and everything was clean, and pressed. Service was excellent! The only problem, the socks were way too big....wrong size. Not a huge problem. Return process was quick and easy.

My experience with Friar Tux was professional and personable from the very start of my Tuxedo request. I live in NC and my son's wedding took place in southern CA. My tux was shipped to me weeks ahead of the event in a durable shipping box which kept the tux from suffering wrinkles. All components of my ensemble were enclosed as requested. I have used many formal attire companies before, but Friar Tux stood out above and beyond any of my prior experiences. I will use and promote Friar Tux for any of my future special attire events.

The quality of the suits and material provided wasn't worth the price of what was rented. The service was well organized and efficient.
