Octavio was very knowledgeable he got the sizing perfectly without trying on a second size. Final fit was easy and everything was clean, and pressed. Service was excellent! The only problem, the socks were way too big....wrong size. Not a huge problem. Return process was quick and easy.

My experience with Friar Tux was professional and personable from the very start of my Tuxedo request. I live in NC and my son's wedding took place in southern CA. My tux was shipped to me weeks ahead of the event in a durable shipping box which kept the tux from suffering wrinkles. All components of my ensemble were enclosed as requested. I have used many formal attire companies before, but Friar Tux stood out above and beyond any of my prior experiences. I will use and promote Friar Tux for any of my future special attire events.

Customer service was great! Measurements, pick up and drop off were seamless! I do wish you had other options besides clip on bow ties for the tux I rented and also an ability to rent mother of pearl cuff links and studs.

Absolutely loved the service I received at the shop. Everything was quick and simple. I felt very well taken care of. I was a bit disappointed in the limited selection of suits for sale and also noticed a fair amount of loose threads in the seams of the suit when dressing for the event. Overall though, I had a very good experience.

I’m sorry to say that the fact that I had to go back after they did alteration and alteration was not done correctly on both arms, also the suit was not pressed at all, so it was not wearable the way it was. It is very disappointing
to me after I purchased a whole suit.

When trousers arrived they were clearly the wrong ones- wrong size and hemmed to my mid calves. Had to return to the store, was there for 90 minutes waiting for them to replace them, as they insisted that they could not send the replacement - I had to wait or return another day.

Pants were measured incorrectly. Too tight and too short. Button on jacket popped off 10 minutes after I put it on. It had clearly come off before as I could tell it had been resown very poorly by an amateur. I had to find a needle and thread in the middle of the wedding so that I could button it up for the pictures.

I liked how accommodating Friar Tux was, and they were able to provide me with a lot of customizability and options. The people who worked there were also very thorough and friendly 10 out of 10 business.

You disappointed me by getting SIX out of the SEVEN orders incorrectly. Almost all persons were measured personally at the store, and things were still wrong at the end of the day. Not sure how that happens, but it happened. Things were supposed to be simple, people get measured, they get their stuff with the correct sizes and call it a day. My party had to go back and forth to correct all the mistakes and inaccurate measurements. Added more stress to the groom there it should have. Very disappointing and most likely we will never use the store for any future needs.

Every person was very nice and professional. Pick up and return was super easy and quick.

The guy working the counter was pretty rude and had zero personality. Felt like he hated his job and working there. We were a group of 10 men for a Wedding party that reserved all their tux's at this location. Most people renting attire like this are celebrating and should be enjoying the experience. The person taking care of us did not make it very enjoyable. Whenever someone would walk in the door he would shout "SCAN THE TABLET AND CHECK IN BY THE DOOR", no "Hello and welcome" nothing polite, just shouting for people to check in the the kiosk. I will tell everyone how unprofessional this was and definitely will not recommend anyone else visit Friar Tux.

The selection of suits at this location was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly professional and easy to work with. They were helpful and patient, even when they were busy, and they helped me pick the perfect suit for my wedding. I will say, I have had experience with this location and the Northridge location, and Glendale blows Northridge out of the water. The staff at Glendale is exactly what I expect from a store that sells suits for important occasions, and I will always recommend Friar Tux Glendale to friends and family for their special events.
