No jacket size in-between 48 and 50 resulted in a rather oversized jacket as the only choice.

Staff was knowledgeable and very accommodating. They worked around a major hurdle and managed to deliver top level service.

Everything was good but we did suffer an issue with the coat button being loosely sewn on and had to safety pin at the ceremony. Aside from that it was great

Could not provide a shirt that would fit and be tucked in. I will never be using fryer tux again

I had to purchase a belt to replace the .missing belt with my rental. I was told specifi ally that it was with my rental but it wasn't. I was told by manager that if I purchased one that she would make it right and that never happened. So I had to buy a belt for my rental because I was told it was with my rental at pick up but it wasn't.

The staff was very helpful and more importantly great customer service. Everything went very smooth.

It’s pretty expensive to rent a tuxedo. I’m thinking of buying one for next years prom. Two rentals would equal the cost of a decent tux and he already has a suit, so the tux was something special he wanted to rent. I wish you had more of a selection of ties and pockets squares.

Service was dismal. The employees are obviously not trained in fitting above the barest essentials. They are inefficient, unfocused and lack the ability to communicate effectively. They ordered the wrong shoes, included items we didn’t ask for in one case and said items were included that were not in another.
The HB store is understaffed as well.
The only efficient thing about the experience was the return.
Next time we will go elsewhere or just buy suits.
