Service was dismal. The employees are obviously not trained in fitting above the barest essentials. They are inefficient, unfocused and lack the ability to communicate effectively. They ordered the wrong shoes, included items we didn’t ask for in one case and said items were included that were not in another.
The HB store is understaffed as well.
The only efficient thing about the experience was the return.
Next time we will go elsewhere or just buy suits.

Friendly and quick service!
There were several mixups with our order. When we first made an appointment, we met with Aiden and he came up with a great design that we loved. We did not book initially, but we came back because of the great service we received. but when it came time to receive the orders, Steven‘s shirt was white instead of ivory like we had discussed. The
Store was great and we were able to bring it back and exchange it. At that time I confirmed the items that all of the groomsmen would be receiving. Then the day before the wedding, I found out that all of the groomsmen had received the wrong color shoes. I texted the customer service number and they were able to order a replacement, but I think there should be a change to the order and confirmation process to ensure accurate orders. I do appreciate that the mistakes were able to be fixed but it is an extra consideration that the order accuracy is an issue.

I had my son try on the suit to make sure everything fit and nothing was missing before bring it home. The pants were not the correct size so they switched them out but put a shirt in that was so small it reached his mid arms. They also forgot his tie and to return. When they returned to resolve everything they forgot the cuff links.
That Gabe guy really messed up the measurements on lots of our suits. Once he had left, leaving everything with the other employees of the Edinger location, we received our suits and had to get them resized. Some of us had to be resized an additional time because the changes weren't made or measured correctly. Really poor experience having to go back a few times because the initial measurements were off by so much. The other employees there were very nice at least and wanted to make the changes day of to help try to make it right but it's hard when I had to go back a few times to get properly fitted attire.
Great experience from start to finish. The initial visit was very efficient and the person who assisted was very friendly and helpful.

Service was unorganized and didn’t communicate well. Suits were thought to be on order originally were not ordered and forgotten. We were asked to resize a group of 5 people at last minutes notice until they found the missing information. We had issues of sizing that were off and needed to come back several times. What we thought would have been an easy transaction became difficult and all faith was lost by the time we it over. The positive note is that we did have suits the day before our event.
