I wasn’t impressed with the in-store customer service. The gentleman who initially helped us passed us off to a lady without any explanation, then immediately went on to help another customer and was noticeably much friendlier with them. I thought that was rude. Both he and the lady who assisted my son seemed short and not very welcoming throughout the process.

That said, my son rented a tux for prom, and it arrived on time and fit perfectly, which I’m thankful for. The tux itself met our expectations, but the customer service experience could have been better.

The clothes didnt fit. I was charged for a belt that wasn't sent with the suit so I had to go in and pick it up. Then the belt was the wrong color. Definitely was not pleased with your company

When we got fitted, there was a huge administrative error causing multiple chargebacks. When asked for a receipt, we were provided what looked like a table of numbers in a word document, no transaction IDs. Please fix your point-of-sale system so actual receipts can be printed. Secondly, when I got my suit, I was the only one in the party missing the vest, causing me to have to go INTO friar’s tux on the day of the wedding to pick up the vest. Finally, during the return process, everyone in the party was confused on how to return since some were missing return slips, others were told to return in person, everything was so different. Please standardize your return process / return instructions. What an absolute trainwreck of a rental experience….

Yall dident give me my pocket square for my cousins wedding so I was the only groomsman without it. Way to go guys

Only issue was parking double and triple parked cars.

The gentleman working there was rude. He bumped into me and did not even apologized. A female worker apologized on his behalf. No customer service, no respect, definitely not purchasing from your business again.

The sales associate was very helpful and made the whole experience of renting a tux for my sons prom a great experience. We had the suit come in the mail exactly when they said and dropping off the suit was so easy. Everything was very impressed and happy with the whole experience.

Excellent customer service!

We went into the store on a weeknight for a tux rental for prom, which was A LOT better than a previous experience a few years ago trying to place an order on the weekend. Shipping the tux to our house was new, but it proved to be very convenient. The tux arrived in great shape, no steaming or ironing needed. The return to the store took about 10 seconds. Pretty easy process compared to our previous experience! Great job streamlining the rental process!

Pricing was extremely affordable. Even though the store was busy, the one to one service with Esteban was thorough and he listened to what I needed and what felt comfortable. Then the fact that I received my tux at my home instead of having to travel back to the store was such a great bonus. Will definitely recommend. Not sure when I will be back, but if I need to rent again, this is the place.
