You guys make it so easy to rent a suit! In and out quick! Even returning it simple and quick!!

Olivia provided excellent customer service. She works in the La Mesa shop.

All the representatives were friendly and helpful. The tux looked great and fit well. Great service!

Easy process, good customer service

The people in the La Mesa location are always amazing. Great service is still alive and well there. Thank you!

Your staff was very professional and helpful and friendly, will continue to rent from that office

Great friendly, caring, employees.

The staff at the La Mesa store were very professional and knowledgeable about outfitting me with my suit. Kudos all around!!

Great customer service from start to finish

My suot fit perfect and was on time . The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. I will always recommend Friars Tux.

Very helpful, professional & attention to detail folks. I felt like I was being heard. Price is very competitive.

Made me feel comfortable with the outfit. I am 54 and have NEVER worn a suit so i was a bit hesitant. Not any more.

Easy peasy. Excellent customer service.

Reduce price

First class operation! The suit looked very nice, and the service was friendly and helpful.

I was raised if you have nothing nice to don’t say anything at all!

Friar Tux did an excellent job with my rental. I received it a week in advance! They made sure it fit beforehand and customized what was needed. When I compared the prices online they were by far less expensive than other rentals places. I was very pleased with their service.

Suit was late, none of it fit so had to wear something else as the best man

Loved easy it was to get a new size

Quick, easy staff know what their doing! Friendly.

Staff was personable and helpful!

more choice selection

Out of the 11 people in my group that rented from Friar Tux, 4 had issues with sizing that required them to return to the store and get replacements. All of the people with issues had gone to the store for fittings.

My measurements were input incorrectly in the store which resulted in me receiving pants hemmed 10 inches too short.

Another had a jacket that was too tight around the shoulders.

Another had pants that were too tight in the thigh and waist, plus a jacket hemmed half an inch too short.

The last received a jacket that was hemmed with one sleeve shorter than the other.

Some of the issues were a result of the pants and jacket used during the fitting having a different fit than the rented suits. Most of the issues were a result of incorrect hemming.

Overall, I appreciated the professional behavior by the employees in the store and their ability to quickly resolve the issues. However, I feel like the fact that over a quarter of the group had to return to the store to correct sizing issues was unacceptable for a suit rental.

Great customer service and fitting knowledge. The atmosphere was entertaining and fun. Everything fit perfectly.

We were will received the young lady that work with us had just started working there . She had Excellent Customer Service Skills. She measured my son his red velvet tuxedo fit Perfect. You are the # 1 Tuxedo Store For Sure! Thank You! ✌️

I wasn’t impressed with the in-store customer service. The gentleman who initially helped us passed us off to a lady without any explanation, then immediately went on to help another customer and was noticeably much friendlier with them. I thought that was rude. Both he and the lady who assisted my son seemed short and not very welcoming throughout the process.

That said, my son rented a tux for prom, and it arrived on time and fit perfectly, which I’m thankful for. The tux itself met our expectations, but the customer service experience could have been better.

Ana at the la mesa location was super helpful and nice. Give her a raise or sum nice

The clothes didnt fit. I was charged for a belt that wasn't sent with the suit so I had to go in and pick it up. Then the belt was the wrong color. Definitely was not pleased with your company

Quick and easy.

Great customer center service.

Very well toked, knowlgblepersonel, efficient service.. Don’t know of any other business like this in the area.

We just love Friar Tux! Have used them for years and they always come through! And the new delivery and drop off services were absolutely seamless! Thank you!

Very fast and friendly service

very professional and friendly

When we got fitted, there was a huge administrative error causing multiple chargebacks. When asked for a receipt, we were provided what looked like a table of numbers in a word document, no transaction IDs. Please fix your point-of-sale system so actual receipts can be printed. Secondly, when I got my suit, I was the only one in the party missing the vest, causing me to have to go INTO friar’s tux on the day of the wedding to pick up the vest. Finally, during the return process, everyone in the party was confused on how to return since some were missing return slips, others were told to return in person, everything was so different. Please standardize your return process / return instructions. What an absolute trainwreck of a rental experience….

**** happens

Everyone at the store was very courteous, professional, and very helpful. And the tuxedo was amazing. Everything was in great shape. Thank you all

Yall dident give me my pocket square for my cousins wedding so I was the only groomsman without it. Way to go guys

Only issue was parking double and triple parked cars.

The gentleman working there was rude. He bumped into me and did not even apologized. A female worker apologized on his behalf. No customer service, no respect, definitely not purchasing from your business again.

Only three people were notified that pickups were ready,

The sales associate was very helpful and made the whole experience of renting a tux for my sons prom a great experience. We had the suit come in the mail exactly when they said and dropping off the suit was so easy. Everything was very impressed and happy with the whole experience.

Excellent customer service!

We went into the store on a weeknight for a tux rental for prom, which was A LOT better than a previous experience a few years ago trying to place an order on the weekend. Shipping the tux to our house was new, but it proved to be very convenient. The tux arrived in great shape, no steaming or ironing needed. The return to the store took about 10 seconds. Pretty easy process compared to our previous experience! Great job streamlining the rental process!

Pricing was extremely affordable. Even though the store was busy, the one to one service with Esteban was thorough and he listened to what I needed and what felt comfortable. Then the fact that I received my tux at my home instead of having to travel back to the store was such a great bonus. Will definitely recommend. Not sure when I will be back, but if I need to rent again, this is the place.

The staff were super amazing and helpful! The options they have available even with it being last minute was amazing as well!

The people at Friar Tucks we’re friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend Friartuck to anyone for any event!

The sizing was perfect, tuxedo was immaculate and the service was polite and quick and knew what she was doing. Could not be more happy with my entire experience.

The moment I showed up I was greeted right away and made me feel welcomed. The customer service is awesome. Thank you .

Great service. Nice suit.
