Everything was great! Customer service was excellent and the suit fit perfectly.

This was probably the most dysfunctional, unorganized, inefficient, waste of time and effort I’ve ever experienced. Horrible, terrible experience. Hope to never be burdened with dealing with this awful brand ever again. Shame on you, Friar Tux of Northridge. You exemplify incompetency.

Made it easy

During peak periods have enough staff to move things along. Should not have to wait 1 hour just to return a suit and receive validation of return.

The customer service was amazing! Everyone was patient and even when the store would get busy, they were attentive and helpful. Great job!

I walked in Thursday, had a wedding Friday. Got the whole suit fitted and tailored the same day. Gabe set me up with a nice quality three piece suit, shoes, belt..everything. Love the quality, timeliness, and customer service.

The black young lady helped me with my size and was straight to the point and clear. I liked how she was professional

The waist band was elastic and the pants kept slipping down. I needed suspenders

Not a full 10 because I kept getting messages saying the rental was due and the store couldn't stop the messages all week because it wasn't checked in yet. I was worried because I didn't want to incur more charges. Aside from that. It was a great experience

The women in Northridge store were efficient, helpful, and got the measurements spot-on the first time. One of the shirt studs broke when my husband was getting dressed. Even though we rented in Northridge, we were closer to the Torrance store. We only had 20 minutes to get to our venue, but the men in Torrance were waiting for us. They were so kind and prepared. Having flexible store locations proved very important for us. We thank you all.

Exceptional personalized service. I'm not prone to exaggeration, but there is nothing I could ask for to improve my experience. I felt like royalty getting fitted for a costume ball.

Clean and professional showroom. Staff is very helpful. Fit was great and the Tux looked fantastic.

Multiple things went wrong. I believe the suit jacket that was ordered was too big for me. I was then told tailoring would be complete in an hour. After I came back in an hour, they told me to wait. After waiting outside for fifteen minutes I was told my order would not be ready until the following day. That wouldn't have been a problem but associates could've just told me that from the beginning. Worst of all when I received my shoes they reeked of cigarettes. The smell was unbearable. This is simply unacceptable on shoes I paid for and purchased (not rentals)

The overall service was good. The suits looked great upon fittings. When we came to pick them up there were several issues prior to the wedding. First off father of the groom his pants were too small they fit a child not an adult second pair came the day before and they were still not fitting properly and we had to go buy a different type of a belt. Another groomsmen his pants were also not fit correctly and because it was so close to the wedding you guys had to ship four complete suits to him to try on to make sure he had the right pants and he had to try all of them on to find one pair to fit. Again the overall service at the Northridge facility of your staff was great but what we received was not good at all and we have used your services through many different people over many different weddings and events and never experienced an issue like this especially when it was my personal wedding.

Staff was friendly during initial fitting Tie that was sent was wrong and I was not aware since it was specified by the bride and groom so didn't realize it until the wedding First pants sent were very short so had to go back I called on my way in for drop off to let the staff know traffic was rough and GPS showed I would be there at 6:54, but that I was for sure coming. They were dismissive basically saying "hope you make it by 7" like if I was somehow 3 minutes late doors would be shut. Felt very unprofessional.

Lower button popped at the fitting and I had to comeback to pick it up a few days later. Once at the wedding the button that was “fixed" popped off again. One of the cuff links broke as well while at the wedding. The quality of the shirt was poor. For the amount I paid to rent the suit the price was definitely not justified.

I enjoyed the staff at the Northridge store in California. They were excellent in making sure the suit rental fit perfectly and were really knowledgeable.
