Was not given the shirt as part of my tuxedo pick-up and then was told that I would be given a free tuxedo rental voucher as part of the compensation for the mix-up. No one reached out to me with the voucher and no one replied to my email when I asked for further updates regarding the voucher.

The costumer service was exceptionally good

Order was the wrong color for bow ties and claiming that it was OUR choice and OUR Fault. Then in another incident, they caught their own mistake. Lastly, a separate order was Canceled and we happen to find out because we called for an update on the delivery status. Once again, causing delay and mistakes.

We asked for the suit to be shipped, and it was made for in-store pick up. We do not live close, so we had to drive out. Then they charged us to ship it back, without giving us a shipping label. 10/10 do not recommend.
Terrible customer service.

There was a lot of miscommunication and it turned into bigger issues throughout the process. The website interface was also a little difficult to use.

Friendly and attentive staff.

The service was good but the measurements were off. The vest did not fit and the pants were at least 2 inches short. I was part of a wedding party with 7-8 suit rentals and 3 suits did not fit.

Gabe and his staff were fantastic. He clearly leads by example and his high level of customer service, professionalism, and kindness are as good as it gets. The suit I rented was high quality, looked great, and fit very well. Overall a tremendous experience. Friar Tux will be my one and only choice going forward.

People were extremely helpful and had lots of great ideas to mix and match. Used it twice for prom and will use them again!

The pants were a bit too big at size 38…I am at most a size 36…other than that the jacket and bow tie fit very well

Everything fit great

We did not receive the cuff links even though we had ordered it. I called up the customer service and they were like I will refund you $10. I paid $225 for a suit rental that was missing items to complete the look and I was refunded $10 only….unbelievable!!!

This was probably the most dysfunctional, unorganized, inefficient, waste of time and effort I’ve ever experienced. Horrible, terrible experience. Hope to never be burdened with dealing with this awful brand ever again. Shame on you, Friar Tux of Northridge. You exemplify incompetency.

Made it easy

During peak periods have enough staff to move things along. Should not have to wait 1 hour just to return a suit and receive validation of return.

I walked in Thursday, had a wedding Friday. Got the whole suit fitted and tailored the same day. Gabe set me up with a nice quality three piece suit, shoes, belt..everything. Love the quality, timeliness, and customer service.

The black young lady helped me with my size and was straight to the point and clear. I liked how she was professional

Not a full 10 because I kept getting messages saying the rental was due and the store couldn't stop the messages all week because it wasn't checked in yet. I was worried because I didn't want to incur more charges. Aside from that. It was a great experience

The women in Northridge store were efficient, helpful, and got the measurements spot-on the first time. One of the shirt studs broke when my husband was getting dressed. Even though we rented in Northridge, we were closer to the Torrance store. We only had 20 minutes to get to our venue, but the men in Torrance were waiting for us. They were so kind and prepared. Having flexible store locations proved very important for us. We thank you all.

Exceptional personalized service. I'm not prone to exaggeration, but there is nothing I could ask for to improve my experience. I felt like royalty getting fitted for a costume ball.
