Everything fit perfect the customer service was amazing I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Orders for the party were messed up for everyone. My measurements were taken and the items still didn’t fit which required me to come back again. The clothing was very uncomfortable in hot weather. The shoes are very uncomfortable. The service from employees was leaving a lot to be desired. Every answer was “we have to re order that” or “well these are based on your measurements.” No accountability and no ability to make anything right. What kind of suit shop can’t perform a minor alteration on site? So no I will not be recommending Friar Tux to anyone.

The only problem I had was that you couldn’t find my name. My name is Robert and it was under Bob and your employer took 15 minutes to figure it out.

All of the female employees were great to work with, but unfortunately, we came in for our fitting and it was the first time we have ever tried FT and the male who I believe was named Evan, rushed us throughout the entire process, including rushing my young sons and that part of the process felt unnecessarily awkward. He also never introduced himself and it just felt like he was irritated being there. I’m not looking for any consequences or restitution, I just thought I would share my experience. My family and I would be open to renting suits here again.

Friendly staff, all of them , seems like they really work as a team. They took measures ask me a few questions and later in the week they called me when the tux was ready. Exellent service.

Staff was not too friendly. I think they need to be reminded that the customer is what keeps their jobs going. I will say when I came back to pick up my Suit, a gentleman came out from the back because the other 2 there were busy and he was super nice and friendly and was a pleasure dealing with him. Store associate had a noticeable lack of patience when getting fitted and calling to ask questions. It’s not like everyone has common knowledge on tuxes, suits, and measurements or the routine as a whole. Especially when getting married. I’m not one to complain. Price was fair, drop off was smooth. I would just emphasize patience with store associates as planning for a wedding is stressful as it is already

Measured for tux at Torrance store , received wrong size pants, vest and shirt. Went to Temecula store for remeasurement. Wrong size shirt and pants received. Had to go to Anaheim Warehouse to get correct size fit for shirt and pants.

Your rep was very friendly and helped me the minute I stepped to the counter. When I went to pick up tux, again treated right away and was very helpful even though the store was very busy. Will definitely come back and recommend your shop to anyone needing a tuxedo.

They went above and beyond to help me with a suit for my daughter’s wedding. I looked so sharp on one of the most important day of my life. They even included a few options for me to choose from the day of the wedding. Very happy with the service and quality of the suits and shoes. Their product is nicer than competition and better value. You will not be disappointed!

After having done the fitting procedure, my two sons and I returned to pickup our tuxedos on the assigned day. I had a coat that was too tight, one of my sons had pants that were at least 3 inches to short and my other son had a shirt that had two different length sleeves. We were told that we would be able pick up our correct tuxedos in a couple days. We were also told that if they were not available when we arrived, we could drive to the nearest Friar Tux store to get what we needed.
This service was not what we expected. For the prices you charge for a tuxedo RENTAL this service is unacceptable.

Check what you send out before sending. You sent a 2xl shirt and a jacket that was a 42 that wouldn’t fit. On the second try we got clothes that fit. Thank you
