Everything fit perfect the customer service was amazing I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Orders for the party were messed up for everyone. My measurements were taken and the items still didn’t fit which required me to come back again. The clothing was very uncomfortable in hot weather. The shoes are very uncomfortable. The service from employees was leaving a lot to be desired. Every answer was “we have to re order that” or “well these are based on your measurements.” No accountability and no ability to make anything right. What kind of suit shop can’t perform a minor alteration on site? So no I will not be recommending Friar Tux to anyone.

Services were top of line, availability of suits and tux. Thanks for everything.

The only problem I had was that you couldn’t find my name. My name is Robert and it was under Bob and your employer took 15 minutes to figure it out.

Very good customer service and suits were very nice!

All of the female employees were great to work with, but unfortunately, we came in for our fitting and it was the first time we have ever tried FT and the male who I believe was named Evan, rushed us throughout the entire process, including rushing my young sons and that part of the process felt unnecessarily awkward. He also never introduced himself and it just felt like he was irritated being there. I’m not looking for any consequences or restitution, I just thought I would share my experience. My family and I would be open to renting suits here again.

Amazing service in getting my groomsmen and myself what we were looking for. Love it.

The shoe quality was very low. Brown and black shoes looked very plastic.

The return process took almost 20

Friendly staff, all of them , seems like they really work as a team. They took measures ask me a few questions and later in the week they called me when the tux was ready. Exellent service.

Staff was not too friendly. I think they need to be reminded that the customer is what keeps their jobs going. I will say when I came back to pick up my Suit, a gentleman came out from the back because the other 2 there were busy and he was super nice and friendly and was a pleasure dealing with him. I think he was the seamstress in the back. Thanks for listening.

Store associate had a noticeable lack of patience when getting fitted and calling to ask questions. It’s not like everyone has common knowledge on tuxes, suits, and measurements or the routine as a whole. Especially when getting married. I’m not one to complain. Price was fair, drop off was smooth. I would just emphasize patience with store associates as planning for a wedding is stressful as it is already

Measured for tux at Torrance store , received wrong size pants, vest and shirt. Went to Temecula store for remeasurement. Wrong size shirt and pants received. Had to go to Anaheim Warehouse to get correct size fit for shirt and pants.

Customer service

Your rep was very friendly and helped me the minute I stepped to the counter. When I went to pick up tux, again treated right away and was very helpful even though the store was very busy. Will definitely come back and recommend your shop to anyone needing a tuxedo.

They went above and beyond to help me with a suit for my daughter’s wedding. I looked so sharp on one of the most important day of my life. They even included a few options for me to choose from the day of the wedding. Very happy with the service and quality of the suits and shoes. Their product is nicer than competition and better value. You will not be disappointed!

Everyone there was so helpful! Special shoutout to Evan who I met at the OC Mining Company wedding event. He sold me on using Friar Tux for my wedding and I’m glad he did. My groomsmen all looked amazing and my tux was perfect! Thanks for making my wedding so special.

Appreciated the personal attention and desire to get it right.

The employees were very nice

Good company

Very friendly and Tux are always nice

After having done the fitting procedure, my two sons and I returned to pickup our tuxedos on the assigned day. I had a coat that was too tight, one of my sons had pants that were at least 3 inches to short and my other son had a shirt that had two different length sleeves. We were told that we would be able pick up our correct tuxedos in a couple days. We were also told that if they were not available when we arrived, we could drive to the nearest Friar Tux store to get what we needed.
This service was not what we expected. For the prices you charge for a tuxedo RENTAL this service is unacceptable.

Excellent service

The staff was so helpful, kind and professional

Check what you send out before sending. You sent a 2xl shirt and a jacket that was a 42 that wouldn’t fit. On the second try we got clothes that fit. Thank you

Items were promised to be at the store and when we came in for fittings they weren’t there. We had to go to the central location for pick up the next day.

Good communication and very polite

The staffs very helpful, and very patience when they do the fitting for My son’s prom suits. And accommodate the change and fitting well. We have wonderful experience!

Part of the blame goes to the bride and groom for waiting so long but the majority of the issues came from mistakes made by friar tux. In the end it all worked out, but there was way more issues than I’ve experienced with other suit rental companies. I went and got fitted and then my suit was delivered to a different location. Then once it got to the location I needed it was the wrong size. And by the time I got the right size I didn’t have any time for last minute alterations as I was traveling that day to go to the wedding.

Fast and friendly service.

Great place to rent a suit or tux for school dances. Very fair in pricing and staff is super helpful and friendly.

Straightforward and to the point.

Staff was super helpful and a pleasure to work with!!

We had great customer service at every interaction: from phone queries to in person ordering and final pick up! Awesome experience! Highly recommend the Orange location.

Staff is always helpful and courteous

All employees were super helpful with everything

Next day returning tough. Allow for another day longer to return tux

The representative was helpful and everything was done in a timely manner. Any issues were resolved right away and the suit was very nice. With multiple options to choose from.

Staff great

Poor measuring, poor quality of garments, and poor value. Nickle and dimed. Sent socks but have to pay for shoes. Just charge the customer more and give them shoes. What's a tux without shiny shoes.

Let’s see, shirt size was wrong. Jacket size was wrong shirt had a stain on it. Went back second time and the jacket was wrong color. Groomsmen’s ties all wrong. Staff was very nice.

We've always gone to you and never had an issue.

It was an easy and great experience.

Very quick service. Great collection too choose from.

The team was very helpful but the tux fit/style was lacking for me. Because of my athletic build the jacket looked bulky, not really complementing my form.

Very respectful, very helpful everything was measured well at all on time

Very friendly and helpful employees. Worked with me when I couldn't return the tux on time.

Well it seemed whoever measured my pants did not do a very good job, they were like 6 inches shorter than what they were supposed to be. It looked like I was waiting for a flood. Luckily I tried them on a second time and noticed and you were able to adjust them same day but kinda a hassle going there a third time. Also my brother actually bought a tux from your establishment but he did not try it on before my brothers wedding and you guys forgot to put in a white collared shirt with it so on my brothers wedding day at 9:30 am in the morning I was driving him to target to grab a shirt. Luckily they had one that just barely fit him. My brothers wedding was at 10 am and you guys don’t open till 11:30 am. On top of that when my brother first got his tux fitted you were to ship it from one location in riverside to the location in orange, well 3 days before the wedding you give him a call saying the tux will be there a day after the wedding cause there’s an issue with shipping, like wth! Luckily I talked to someone and they said they had his size at the Anaheim location but that’s where you forgot to pack a white shirt. Seems like your communication between locations are lacking and your follow through could use some help as well. When ppl rent your tux it’s usually for something extremely important and will remember the experience for a long time but it doesn’t seem like you treat it as such.

Was able to get a rental same week of event. Quick and reliable, came out looking better than expected too.

Service and Tux was great, made everything easy. Sad to say is a bit pricey.
