Measured for tux at Torrance store , received wrong size pants, vest and shirt. Went to Temecula store for remeasurement. Wrong size shirt and pants received. Had to go to Anaheim Warehouse to get correct size fit for shirt and pants.

Your rep was very friendly and helped me the minute I stepped to the counter. When I went to pick up tux, again treated right away and was very helpful even though the store was very busy. Will definitely come back and recommend your shop to anyone needing a tuxedo.

They went above and beyond to help me with a suit for my daughter’s wedding. I looked so sharp on one of the most important day of my life. They even included a few options for me to choose from the day of the wedding. Very happy with the service and quality of the suits and shoes. Their product is nicer than competition and better value. You will not be disappointed!

After having done the fitting procedure, my two sons and I returned to pickup our tuxedos on the assigned day. I had a coat that was too tight, one of my sons had pants that were at least 3 inches to short and my other son had a shirt that had two different length sleeves. We were told that we would be able pick up our correct tuxedos in a couple days. We were also told that if they were not available when we arrived, we could drive to the nearest Friar Tux store to get what we needed.
This service was not what we expected. For the prices you charge for a tuxedo RENTAL this service is unacceptable.

Part of the blame goes to the bride and groom for waiting so long but the majority of the issues came from mistakes made by friar tux. In the end it all worked out, but there was way more issues than I’ve experienced with other suit rental companies. I went and got fitted and then my suit was delivered to a different location. Then once it got to the location I needed it was the wrong size. And by the time I got the right size I didn’t have any time for last minute alterations as I was traveling that day to go to the wedding.

Poor measuring, poor quality of garments, and poor value. Nickle and dimed. Sent socks but have to pay for shoes. Just charge the customer more and give them shoes. What's a tux without shiny shoes.

Let’s see, shirt size was wrong. Jacket size was wrong shirt had a stain on it. Went back second time and the jacket was wrong color. Groomsmen’s ties all wrong. Staff was very nice.

Well it seemed whoever measured my pants did not do a very good job, they were like 6 inches shorter than what they were supposed to be. It looked like I was waiting for a flood. Luckily I tried them on a second time and noticed and you were able to adjust them same day but kinda a hassle going there a third time. Also my brother actually bought a tux from your establishment but he did not try it on before my brothers wedding and you guys forgot to put in a white collared shirt with it so on my brothers wedding day at 9:30 am in the morning I was driving him to target to grab a shirt. Luckily they had one that just barely fit him. My brothers wedding was at 10 am and you guys don’t open till 11:30 am. On top of that when my brother first got his tux fitted you were to ship it from one location in riverside to the location in orange, well 3 days before the wedding you give him a call saying the tux will be there a day after the wedding cause there’s an issue with shipping, like wth! Luckily I talked to someone and they said they had his size at the Anaheim location but that’s where you forgot to pack a white shirt. Seems like your communication between locations are lacking and your follow through could use some help as well. When ppl rent your tux it’s usually for something extremely important and will remember the experience for a long time but it doesn’t seem like you treat it as such.

Was able to get a rental same week of event. Quick and reliable, came out looking better than expected too.

My suit was perfect 👌🏽 the color, the fit, it just looked great for the wedding we rented them for! My only negative thing to say is that I wish Friar Tux could somehow convert their rental suits into being able to purchase them. I really wanted to keep my suit!
