All the staff was very helpful in arranging our wedding party attire.

The fit was not good. The shoes left marks on my feet around my ankles. Everyone in the wedding complained about the length of the shirts becoming untucked. The pants hem almost came undone when I stuck my legs into the pants to put them on like they were cheaply altered. I would advise anyone not use Friar tux. Another groomsmen in my party complained and was able to get some of his money back for this very expensive rental. Please contact me if you would like to make things right.

Easy to deal with...and fast in n out

The entire wedding party noticed that the suits we received for very differently from the ones we were given during the fitting. It made for an uncomfortable experience the day of the wedding. It also seems like there should be more time given to return the suit following the wedding. One day is tough give the travel requirements many weddings have.

The shirt I was given was dirty and the jacket had a hole in it

I love how everything was taken care of the moment I stepped through the door making sure all was fitted and well presented with the time given and just as satisfying to returning the suit.

Was measured by employee and even asked how I liked the fit of the shirt and I specified loose fit. Upon pickup of my rental shirt wouldn’t even button up so different employee brought me all that was available next size up but unfortunately arm length was way to long so had to settle for shirt hanging past coat arm length. Not good considering I was measured, also day of pickup had to wait over 30 minutes as employees were late to open store. Very unprofessional employees showing up that late while customers wait.

Easy to work with

I was traveling in from the East Coast for a conference during one of the evening events we were told to wear white Tux and Tails at first. I look for rental place in Ontario area and found your location. The staff was very nice and said it wouldn't be a problem They could send items to me or since I was arriving early do the fitting upon arrival. 2 weeks prior the event changed to white suit I called and they said we can also do that too. Upon arrival the staff was knowledgeable and inviting I stop in on Saturday my suit was ready Monday evening. This kind of service is beyond awesome the suit fit great you guys relieved my stress and it was a great event and the return process was easy and quickly done Thank you for your professional staff and the cost to rent a suit in short time.

Just too pricy for my liking

I liked the suit. Only a small problem with the pants and it was taken care off just fine and I received a pair of complementary socks for the inconvenience. Very satisfied!

Huge thanks to the team at the Rancho Cucamonga location for getting me completely sorted for my wedding. Everything from the initial fitting to the final pickup was seamless. The tux looked amazing, the staff was fantastic, and I was completely satisfied with the entire process. If you need a suit or tux, this is the place to go.

The employees need more training on customer service. They are very quiet and didn’t make us feel welcome. A little friendly conversation will go a long way.
