I was rather disappointed in the quality of the suit. Paints and shirt had zero stretch, not very comfortable to wear. I thought the website had advertised suits that had stretch to them. The shoes were in terrible condition, had big dimples in the tops of them, they looked terrible.

They kept the measurements from my last rental a few months ago. I called in the order as I was out-of-town until just before pick-up, and it was ready when I needed it.

I am on the chubby side. The shirt size was either too long in the sleeves or too short in the waist. My shirt kept coming out of my pants. If I took the longer/larger size, the collar would have been too big.

Great customer service!

Greetings to whom it may concern. It was a little disappointing, to say the least. First and foremost, we got a call that one of my Groomsmen wasn't going to receive his belt on time. Then two days after the wedding, we got a call saying that they now have it available for pick up which was kind of funny to us The same Groomsmen of mine His shirt was not measured correctly. He had high hopes and expectations on the whole, getting his measurements, he didn't bother to check since he thought they were experts. Another Groomsmen of mine, his pants were overly tight and on my end, everything seemed to be OK although I felt like my measurements weren't also made correctly due to the fact that I felt my suit a tad on the large side.

The vest that came with the suit did not fit. The jacket was a bit too tight as well.

They're always here to get the job done

None of the rental clothes were tailored right. The pants were tailored too high, the button up shirt was a size too small, and the jacket arms tailored too short. I was able to catch the first two but was so distracted by how everything else didn't fit, I took the employee word for it when I tried my jacket in that she said it fit perfectly. She was wrong. I was the best man in the wedding and when I got there and put the jacket on I realized the sleeves were way too short exposing the long sleeve button up more that anyone else in the wedding party. I was even asked why my jacket sleeves were so short. It appeared in all the photos as well. I would like some compensation in a refund although it will never undo the wedding photos.

From the fitting, to the pickup, to the drop-off, your employees were courteous, professional and extremely helpful. Since retiring five years ago I have not looked at a suit, let alone wear one, but your employees helped make the process as painless as possible. We found this to be the case at the two different Friar Tux stores we visited.

Friendly staff

The lady with the big green dress last monday and the thin hair made a smug comment to my mom making it sound like we couldn't afford the suit i was renting. I'm not sure if she is the manager but when i went for my first fitting she was there. then i went monday to pickup, and she was there, and when my mom went to drop off my tux she was also there.
