I came in to pick up my suit. I checked in at the iPad as instructed. I then sat there for 20 minutes without being greeted or helped. Eventually, my wife had to get up and ask someone to help us. I was not able to try on my tux as planned and had to go home to try on instead (ended up having items that fit incorrectly).

Very friendly service and the suit looked fantastic and fit well!

They made everything easy for me. The backend systems allowed the stores to seamlessly work together when I had to change my location. The representative that helped me fit my thx in the Temecula location was very professional.

While the staff was friendly and accommodating, my white inside shirt has a burnt hole and my coat is not completely clean. Good thing I inspected the clothes before leaving else I would be in trouble on the wedding day.

Had to rent a tux last minute and the entire process was so seamless. Ordered on the phone, picked up the next day, and they even accommodated a day late drop off when my flight was delayed. 10/10 service all around.

Pants had no way to keep tight, my tux didn’t come with correct amount of cuff links.

One of your employees was 100% unprofessional disrespectful, rolling her eyes going to the back talking about my family thinking we couldn’t hear her. The manager had to come forward apologize. all the pants that we purchased. We rented a suit and purchased one tux and we bought two suits all four my son‘s wedding and all of the pants came with a hole in the crotch and the hemming on the pants that we asked for for the groom was incorrect and uneven, it was such a disappointment. We had to go to your other store in Chula Vista that woman there had great customer Service. Took the pants ordered new pants. Ordered my Husband the correct size vest cause the other store had it wrong but then we come in the next day to pick up our order like we were asked to and they couldn’t find our order. They had to call the woman to see where she put them because she was off that day we showed up then the vest that came in for my husband came with a big iron mark on it and to be honest, the tux that we purchased for my husband look like it was one of your rentals, and you guys refurbish it and sell it as new and all of the cufflinks fell apart all the shiny black accessories on these cufflinks as he’s walking they’re literally falling off the cufflink just an absolute disappointment

Everything was perfect once the trousers were properly measured.

Had to come back 2 more times via Uber as wrong pant size , wrong pant length was provided as final fitting pickup - thank goodness tried on before leaving - staff very good and accommodating to correct problems - definitely loved the final tux - but was disappointed had to come back twice and incur extra transportation costs to finally get it right -

The selection at the this location seemed limited. The staff didn’t greet right away. When I came in a second time there were three staff members sitting in the back while one was helping a customer. I waited for about 5-7 mins before another staff member asked one of them help. Mind I can see them sitting in the back room and I’m sure they saw me as well.
Other than that the service was just ok.

We rented a tux for my son’s prom, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The pants constantly fell down because there was no way to properly adjust the fit, which made them very uncomfortable to wear. To make matters worse, the pants ripped in the crotch when he sat down on prom night. The shoes also caused painful blisters after only a short time wearing them.
I will say that the customer service was friendly and helpful throughout the process, which I appreciated. However, for the high price we paid, the quality and comfort of the tux were not what we expected.

More time for returns, cheaper rental rates, and more information about what *isn't* included with the rental before it's too late.

Staff was always extremely kind and made the process of selecting a suit very easy and smooth.

On December 26 I was measured for my suit. I told the employee to save the measurements and that it was for the Classen wedding . Luke and his dad came in the on 12/27 to be measured. I found out a couple of months later that the
Measurements were never saved or given to Luke. I do not live anywhere near San Diego and that is why I came in in December while on vacation. When I called to explain what happened I expected some type of compensation for the problem.
I went online and did the measurements. I found the size recommended was incorrect it said I would need a 38 regular and I remembered from December that I was a 40 regular. It was also incorrect on the pant size. I am glad I was to remember. I was not impressed with the online experience also I was told I would receive a discount since it was a group. I was not to figure out how to save online so that Luke could do the group discount. So I had to pay full price.
Two weeks before the wedding
G the suit was sent to a friend that was 75 miles away from me. I could not receive any deliveries where I was working. So my friends drove the suit to me to make sure it fit. Fortunately it did fit. Because of the lack of compensation for the problems I would not recommend your company to anyone.

The store stinks very bad, jacket didnt fit first 2 times, had to go back to store third time. Poor job
