We rented a tux for my son’s prom, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The pants constantly fell down because there was no way to properly adjust the fit, which made them very uncomfortable to wear. To make matters worse, the pants ripped in the crotch when he sat down on prom night. The shoes also caused painful blisters after only a short time wearing them.
I will say that the customer service was friendly and helpful throughout the process, which I appreciated. However, for the high price we paid, the quality and comfort of the tux were not what we expected.

More time for returns, cheaper rental rates, and more information about what *isn't* included with the rental before it's too late.
Staff was always extremely kind and made the process of selecting a suit very easy and smooth.
On December 26 I was measured for my suit. I told the employee to save the measurements and that it was for the Classen wedding . Luke and his dad came in the on 12/27 to be measured. I found out a couple of months later that the
Measurements were never saved or given to Luke. I do not live anywhere near San Diego and that is why I came in in December while on vacation. When I called to explain what happened I expected some type of compensation for the problem.
I went online and did the measurements. I found the size recommended was incorrect it said I would need a 38 regular and I remembered from December that I was a 40 regular. It was also incorrect on the pant size. I am glad I was to remember. I was not impressed with the online experience also I was told I would receive a discount since it was a group. I was not to figure out how to save online so that Luke could do the group discount. So I had to pay full price.
Two weeks before the wedding
G the suit was sent to a friend that was 75 miles away from me. I could not receive any deliveries where I was working. So my friends drove the suit to me to make sure it fit. Fortunately it did fit. Because of the lack of compensation for the problems I would not recommend your company to anyone.
The store stinks very bad, jacket didnt fit first 2 times, had to go back to store third time. Poor job

Though staff was friendly and quality of product was good, I had to get measurements done twice because the suits were not fitted correctly both times. For example, the first time, I was measured for a XS suit vest but was given a medium initially. The refitting the first time was understood but the fact it was still incorrect after initial measurements left a worse impression. Overall good experience but have some hesitancy on general accuracy.

About 30 minutes after I put on my rented suit pants, there was a giant rip in my crotch. I had not done any giant movements, I had simply walked around and sat down. I was very disappointed that I had to move around my entire wedding day with a giant rip in my pants. Thank god the rip was not immediately noticeable.

The shop was great to be able to go in and check out the material and options. The rep we had at the store was amazing, everything was delivered to us and fit really well. The easy returns was a great touch.

Once the jacket and shirt came in I asked for it to be pinned or altered because the jacket and shirt were both big after the chest. It looked like a box. They said no you can go with a smaller shirt or jacket but we don't fit jackets and shirts. The smaller sizes did not fit my shoulder or chest the same and made it tight. So I had to stick with a boxy jacket and shirt. Too late event has passed.
Nothing major and nothing you need to do to remedy, however, no one greeted me when I walked in. There's an iPad 'check-in' which makes it a very impersonal experience from the get-go and there was a line or queue everytime I went. Screams of being under-staffed. Because I had to wait so long, I asked to use the bathroom and the staff did not know the password to the bathroom lock so I had to wait in rush hour traffic till I got home to use the bathroom. My tux was missing a button so we had to reorder it. The staff wrote my address and return date incorrectly on receipt, even after I read both two them twice.

My tux came in with a different style of pant than what I tried on at my fitting and were the wrong size. This required a return visit for re-fitting and another to puck up the replacement pants. The manager offered a discount when I walked in and explained the problem but thanked me and said goodbye when I left -- no discount offered or processed. (i did not ask because I understand things happen). This was the second rental I've had there where the pant leg hem was caught by my foot and ripped open when I tried on the final tux in-store. I even told them this happened on the previous rental and requested they hem the legs more securely when I cane in for the second rental. They fixed it within 20 min each time.
