I was getting married with 5 groomsmen. Out of the six people, only one had items arrived that fit. All were measured in the store. One groomsmen had to have 3 different orders shipped to him to try and make a suit fit. Was promised free shipping when I paid for everyone. Another groomsmen was charged $24 to have his ill fitting items replaced.

10/10 service! The entire team was friendly, helpful, and always took the time to answer all of our questions. They made the suit rental process incredibly easy for both us and our bridal party. Our groomsmen were able to visit whichever location was most convenient for them, and the team was even flexible enough to arrange for suits to be picked up at a different location when needed. The suits were great quality, fit well, and everyone commented on how comfortable they were. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend them!

The suit I tried on fit. The one I received didn’t (too small). Next one did fit as the one I sampled. There seemed to be numerous other fitting problems with several of the other groomsmen. My problem was solved which I appreciate but why wasn’t the size ordered delivered? Thanks

Overall great customer service many options to choose just wonderful

I came in for my final fitting, the pants given was too small.. then I was given the right size but the wrong style.. I was told to come back a different day to pick the new pair up. When I came back to get the new pair, I could not find a time to try it on because I was rushing out to drive to the wedding in LA County since I was a groomsman.

The pants were again too tight on the legs and I was uncomfortable the whole time in front of people. I did not like how I looked.

When I explained the issue to the clerk when I returned my suit, she did not know what to say. I wasn’t looking for a refund but some sort of show of care to improve. She had an awkward grin which I figured was from her feeling awkward.

I never have worn a tux before and the one I was fitted for fit just right I looked incredible I would recommend Friar Tux they treat you well.

The staff at Friar Tux in Temecula are very nice and courteous. Very helpful, polite and the service is great.

I rented a tux for my wedding, the person that did my first measurements put down the wrong size for the shirt, the jacket sleeves were about 6 inches too short. I was not told that pants that come with tuxes doesn’t have belt loops so my pants were loose my whole wedding. My groomsman all had to bring their jackets in to get fixed. My brother in law needed a 50 inch jacket and got a 44 inch. 3 people came from out of state and didn’t have much time to deal with these issues. I have no problem with any of the people serving us at the store. All of the people were very polite, attentive, and listened to everything. The issue was getting everything in the wrong size and also not being told that tux pants don’t have belt loops. I assume not too many men know that, the people that work at friar tux should make it clear that tux pants don’t have belt loops. Again I had no problem with the service. The employees were great to deal with.

Made choosing the right tux for the occasion and made it fit perfectly for me. It made it easy and simple with out stress. Staff was friendly and patient for the tux I needed to make me look good and feel comfortable.

Don't have them ship clothes to home. Clothes come wrinkle had to take to cleaner to have press.
