I rented a tux for my wedding, the person that did my first measurements put down the wrong size for the shirt, the jacket sleeves were about 6 inches too short. I was not told that pants that come with tuxes doesn’t have belt loops so my pants were loose my whole wedding. My groomsman all had to bring their jackets in to get fixed. My brother in law needed a 50 inch jacket and got a 44 inch. 3 people came from out of state and didn’t have much time to deal with these issues. I have no problem with any of the people serving us at the store. All of the people were very polite, attentive, and listened to everything. The issue was getting everything in the wrong size and also not being told that tux pants don’t have belt loops. I assume not too many men know that, the people that work at friar tux should make it clear that tux pants don’t have belt loops. Again I had no problem with the service. The employees were great to deal with.

Don't have them ship clothes to home. Clothes come wrinkle had to take to cleaner to have press.

It was a great and seamless experience from fitting to pick-up. Staff at both locations were friendly and super helpful. I liked having the tuxedo sent by mail and returning by mail.
Pants did not stay up. Shirt was wrong size on pick up. Had to switch to different shirt.

I was out of state for the whole suit renting process leading up to the ceremony I was a part of. Customer service was very helpful and friendly. They made it easy to fix issues I had with my suit. I was on the east coast while my buddy's wedding was in Temecula. Friar Tux let me get measurements from a local place and submit them over the phone. The suit I received did not fit and they were able to send me another suit in time for the wedding that fit perfectly. I would highly recommend Friar Tux!

The measurements for myself as well as every other groomsmen and the groom were off by 2-5" on the pants. Our coats were all mis measured as well. One of the groomsmen had to get remeasured for every article he rented.
I would understand a pair of pants being off once in a while, but when 5 of 5 men in the group had issues with their rentals being the wrong size, it is no longer a one off, it is a pattern.
Honestly I dont think I'll rent from Friar Tux again.

Best man for a wedding. Was led on that I can rent my suit rather than buy because I was told the buy option would have to be ordered. However rental and buy suit were slightly different, even though I was told they were the same. It was also in our wedding file that we were all only going to be buying our suits only, so it was weird that they tried to push me to rent. So just lack of communication I suppose.

Staff was very helpful throughout the process
I followed all the videos about measurements. The page had some conflicting information. When ai arrived at the store, NONE of the clothes fit. And the tie color was wrong, not matching the color of my dad's even though it was very clearly requested multiple times. The first girl staff at the first try-on seemed very bored, un-informed about how things should fit, and didn't care to assist. She just said “good enough" even though nothing fit. The pants were wayy too short, showing socks. Too tight to walk or sit down, the jacket too tight, the sleeves way too short on the shirt that it couldn't even reach my wrists, the neck could not close. The girl at the second session to pick up after the alterations was much better although it was a simple transaction to just try on again and take home. Overall, not a good experience and I definitely cannot recommend Friar Tux to anyone.
The quality of the final product was below expectations. One groomsmen hem came undone before the wedding, another groomsmen received the wrong socks, another groomsmen received broken cufflinks. These inconveniences on the day of the wedding were unsettling and disheartening. I was not expecting these errors and caught off guard. Especially, due to the convenient and satisfying way everyone was able to submit their information.
Quality. Price. Staff. Everything was great from start to finish. Shout out to the female manger who helped me with my fitting. The employee initials on my receipt are RM. She was very pleasant and patient.
