Bello exhibited OUTSTANDING customer service, taking care of all our party's needs. Thank you!

The alterations they did on my tuxedo were so bad 4 weeks for the worst stitching I ever seen on a sleeve

All good

Service was phenomenal. No issues with my order and tuxedo fit perfectly.

Excellent customer service

Service is always excellent and the products are high quality.

The pants were too large

Very accommodating for last minute rentals. Great service and excellent choice of suits to rent.

I’ve been a customer of Friar Tux since 2021, and I want to start by saying that the customer service itself has always been good. The employees have been friendly, helpful, and professional. My frustration is with the repeated lack of attention to detail with my orders over the years.
I consider myself a very understanding person, and I know mistakes happen. However, I’ve experienced issues ranging from my wedding suit not fitting correctly, bottoms falling out, pant legs being so short they looked like high waters, and now, most recently, committing to purchasing a suit only to have the sizing incorrect and the wrong suit sent.
This most recent experience was especially stressful because I was purchasing the suit for an overseas trip. Due to the sizing and jacket issues, I had to return to the store three separate times trying to get the correct blazer. I ultimately received the correct suit only HOURS before I had to leave for my flight overseas. That is an unnecessary amount of stress for something that should have been handled correctly from the beginning, especially after multiple visits.
As a business owner myself, I take a lot of pride in customer satisfaction and understand how important SOPs, quality control, and attention to detail are. I’m not asking for anything in return, nor am I looking for compensation. I simply hope this feedback is taken seriously and that more attention is paid to measurements, sizing, inventory, and verifying orders before telling a customer everything is ready.
I’ve continued coming back for years because Friar Tux has been one of my primary options in the Murrieta/Temecula area. Again, the service from the employees has been great, and this isn’t meant to attack the staff. I just hope the company takes a serious look at its processes and SOPs because after years of returning and experiencing multiple issues, there is clearly room for improvement.
The customer service is there. I just hope the attention to detail and execution can match it.

The first time I went to pick up my rental suit it was shipped to the wrong location. The 2nd time I arrived to pick it up they had order the wrong size jacket. (not one or 2 size difference that could have been down to changes in my size or fit, but almost 10 sizes too small) So in total I had to go 3 times to the pickup location, which was not close to my house, to simply pick up my rented suit for the wedding. The final pickup had to be done by my wife since I was already at the wedding location.
The people were wonderful to work with and I dont have any issue with the customer service. (which is why I have not felt the need to post a review online) but the amount of mistakes were high.

The staff was very attentive and polite. Even when they were swamped with customers, the stafff was very attentive.

Customer service was excellent

They provided us with the wrong shirt color when we picked up the suit and we weren’t aware of this until we arrived back home. We had to go purchase a different shirt.

I had purchase problems several times where I purchased rental suits and belts and the transactions didn’t seem to go through, specifically for the belts. I’ll have to go over my receipts, but I’m pretty sure I paid for a a few belts twice. One person I purchased a belt for never got their belt and didn’t realize it until the day of the event. Another person in our group didn’t get socks they paid for. Another person had significant sizing issues with the garments they were given, even though they did an in-person fitting. I am quite disappointed at the lack of attention to detail.

The waist on the pants was to small and very uncomfortable even though i actually went in person to get sized.

Staff is so professional, service was great

Very attentive staff, helped me get fitted for a tux for my wedding and worked with me to make sure every piece fit and felt perfect.

Friendly an knowledgeable staff assistants that assist you in a timely mammer,

The two gentlemen that helped my son and I with our suits were great! They were very attentive and very patient with both of us. Great place

Excellent service in every respect. The employee who waited and fitted me. A very tall gentleman I don’t recall his name, did so ina very friendly and professional way. I think he is an assistant manager. Thanks to him I will certainly recommend your services.

Everything about this experience was perfect! I have never had a suit fit me so well. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The deal helped me afford the suit very well. Everything was smooth, absolutely no hiccups. Thank you! It was perfect

It was great and very friendly. Ty very much. I think I left some things in my coat pocket. Thx very good.

I was getting married with 5 groomsmen. Out of the six people, only one had items arrived that fit. All were measured in the store. One groomsmen had to have 3 different orders shipped to him to try and make a suit fit. Was promised free shipping when I paid for everyone. Another groomsmen was charged $24 to have his ill fitting items replaced.

10/10 service! The entire team was friendly, helpful, and always took the time to answer all of our questions. They made the suit rental process incredibly easy for both us and our bridal party. Our groomsmen were able to visit whichever location was most convenient for them, and the team was even flexible enough to arrange for suits to be picked up at a different location when needed. The suits were great quality, fit well, and everyone commented on how comfortable they were. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend them!

Very good and friendly staff.

The suit I tried on fit. The one I received didn’t (too small). Next one did fit as the one I sampled. There seemed to be numerous other fitting problems with several of the other groomsmen. My problem was solved which I appreciate but why wasn’t the size ordered delivered? Thanks

Great service!

Service was great! They were very helpful in the fitting process and when picked up everything fit perfectly. Thanks!

Thank you again for your excellent customer service and for being so patient with my son, Jace. Your team’s follow-up and communication aligned with my expectations and made the entire experience truly worthwhile, and worth the tip.

Overall great customer service many options to choose just wonderful

I came in for my final fitting, the pants given was too small.. then I was given the right size but the wrong style.. I was told to come back a different day to pick the new pair up. When I came back to get the new pair, I could not find a time to try it on because I was rushing out to drive to the wedding in LA County since I was a groomsman.

The pants were again too tight on the legs and I was uncomfortable the whole time in front of people. I did not like how I looked.

When I explained the issue to the clerk when I returned my suit, she did not know what to say. I wasn’t looking for a refund but some sort of show of care to improve. She had an awkward grin which I figured was from her feeling awkward.

I never have worn a tux before and the one I was fitted for fit just right I looked incredible I would recommend Friar Tux they treat you well.

The staff at Friar Tux in Temecula are very nice and courteous. Very helpful, polite and the service is great.

I rented a tux for my wedding, the person that did my first measurements put down the wrong size for the shirt, the jacket sleeves were about 6 inches too short. I was not told that pants that come with tuxes doesn’t have belt loops so my pants were loose my whole wedding. My groomsman all had to bring their jackets in to get fixed. My brother in law needed a 50 inch jacket and got a 44 inch. 3 people came from out of state and didn’t have much time to deal with these issues. I have no problem with any of the people serving us at the store. All of the people were very polite, attentive, and listened to everything. The issue was getting everything in the wrong size and also not being told that tux pants don’t have belt loops. I assume not too many men know that, the people that work at friar tux should make it clear that tux pants don’t have belt loops. Again I had no problem with the service. The employees were great to deal with.

Great service and high quality suits. Better than men’s warehouse

The staff that greeted & helped us were Amazing!!!
They were all young & energetic, and so very pleasant!!
I will highly recommend Friar Tux to everyone!
The entire process was so smooth, from beginning to end

Made choosing the right tux for the occasion and made it fit perfectly for me. It made it easy and simple with out stress. Staff was friendly and patient for the tux I needed to make me look good and feel comfortable.

The customer service is horrible, they are unprofessional and act as if your bothering them when you have questions

The staff here are super friendly and every time I've gotten a suit here it fits perfectly. High quality items and very helpful people make this place awesome.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve rented before and recently purchased as well.

EVERYONE at the store was super friendly, professional, respectful and efficient even when busy. Thank you Friar Tux Temecula for your superb service for our community

Fitting was so quick and professional. The shipping and return feature was so convenient.

Chris was excellent with helping to pick a style, take measurements, and then pick up the tux. We were so impressed with him and will be back due to his customer service and professionalism.

Don't have them ship clothes to home. Clothes come wrinkle had to take to cleaner to have press.

Friendly, polite and professional staff

Customer service was excellent. I was fitted in the Northridge, CA. store and was able to arrange final fitting and pick up at the Temecula, CA. store. It was a great and seamless experience from fitting to pick-up. Staff at both locations were friendly and super helpful. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed and provided helpful suggestions and ideas. I would definitly return in the future and recommend this store to others. THANK YOU!!

Fast and great fit

Great service. Manager and associate were very understanding of my personal situation and made accommodations

Everything was great, since I got my measurements shipping all was really smooth. I looked like superstar.

I liked having the tuxedo sent by mail and returning by mail.
