Great staff, great facilities.

Pool is clean, spacious, warm, well staffed. Instruction is good. Locker rooms are large, clean and plenty of lockers. It is easy to park. Hours are good, lots of Aquafit classes.

Staff is the best we have seen. So helpful and friendly. Everyone seems to prioritize providing a good experience. This encourages people to use the facility to become healthier. A plus. Facility nice too. So happy with everything. Will recommend to others!

Lovely, well-equipped, local gym. Longer weekend hours would be great, and showers in women’s washroom are looking a little grubby.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. I joined the Y so that I could play pickleball while visiting Goderich for three weeks. Everyone I met was kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed the pickleball facilities and that balls were provided.

Staff kinda useless

I only use the gymnasium so I’m not sure about all other aspects. One improvement could be to send out an email when the gym is closed. Many people do not have social media and show up not knowing. It’s a better way to keep older members better informed.

Wellness centre has everything I need and kept clean.

Lower membership fees or more options for categories. I only go to classes but have to pay for an enhanced membership.
