Really enjoy the water exercise class with Adel Morgan and knowing I need other activities, there are plenty of options to choose from.

The staff - especially Mariah - are friendly and welcoming. The building is clean and the equipment is current, diverse and in good working condition. As an added plus, the regular emails received are informative and make you feel a part of the family. It is an excellent, well managed, organization.

Friendly staff in the weight room and entrance

The facility could really use an upgrade. It’s very outdated.

My wife and I usually go there for swimming and us other facilities such as jacuzzi and sauna. Everything is fine and the staff are so polite and friendly.

Very helpful. Know us all by our first name. I had an incident after one of my classes and they jumped right in to help get me home. Very grateful.

Pleasant staff. Clean.

the space for Women on Weights to workout can be tight at times sharing the space with members using the wellness center.

The swimming coach never taught me what I needed to learn, showing their complete disinterest in teaching.

First try out my child had a hard time with the big pool's water and coaching style not matching her needs despite the coach being slow, but the program director was swift to grant permission for us to move into an easier level right away, on second try she had such a good time she's now asking for more, 10/10 would recommend. :)

The facility is decent; however, the times the pool is open to the public seems arbitrary. The facility might benefit from changing or simplifying this aspect.

Ken was terrific! He was infomative and kept the class interesting. My son was very happy with the Lifeguard training course.

I already recommended my sons and their family

The program itself but mainly the instructors

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The facility is very well maintained and clean. There’s so much offered the one place I feel safe in.

The staff is wonderful! The only complaint I have is the pool is chilly. I shouldn't have goosebumps in the water while exercising.

I love the water aerobics but the water IS TO DAM COLD!!! These classes are mostly older citizens and we can not tolerate cold water. We were told you keep it cold for the swim team-- why are they more of a priority than us??? I am disgusted that you care so little about seniors citizens especially when the town is trying to make things better for us. SHAME ON THE YMCA!!!!!

You could install a sign stating that the handicapped shower is only to be used by handicapped people. I have to adjust my schedule to insure that I have the handicapped stall. Using a non-handicapped stall is dangerous for me.

Friendly staff, modern facilities and available hours.

Lp

Well organized and friendly staff

friendly staff, clean facility. clean pool. clean locker rooms.

Continuity from class-to-class. Email follow-up with information and instructions.

I like the variety of classes and everyone is very friendly. Keep up the good work!

Cleaner facilities and more programs than the ymca Princeton location

The environment is friendly and welcoming.

Great staff and faculty is always clean and welcoming. Pool is well maintained

Great courses lead by knowledgable and friendly instructors

The coaches are very friendly and informative. I'm looking forward to begin the program.

Too much attention focused on Pride month (way over the top).

Variety of classes with good instructors. Good selection of workout equipment and many cardio machines. Clean facilities. Good personal training options and staff.

Front desk staff should have equal rights training to treat all customers with same respect

Can you introduce a badminton court in the gymnasium, if already available, and I missed it please ignore this message

Equipment is not being maintained...selected machines often down or not working. Focus on before/after care kids & pool.

Clean and spacious

frerciiendly atmosphere, good gym room, great exercise classes

Very welcoming staff and directors

Changing time of water aerobics in the summer to accommodate campers is not preferred. Also, there is no time to swim laps because the kids are coming in after our 9:00 class.

The swimming lesson for the kids are not good, it happened couple of times that the trainer will leave the training session in middle of the session.
They tell us on last day that kids didn’t master certain skill , which they didn’t teach during the lesson.
When we talked with the coaches , they said that I can book private classes for the kids which make wonder !

Staff is friendly and nice, facilities are exceptionally clean.Hours are great

I love Hillsborough Y as it git pretty much all for anyones need. Pool, souna, hot tub, cardio equipments..

I enjoy the senior activities

Too many kids running around. Noisy from kids, Lacking calm quiet, not relaxing atmosphere.

people are nice, and place is usually clean, and parking is good, except for swim meets.

Clean, friendly and not crowded.

Great programs for Senior Citizens.

For Seniors....Add back in the ability to go to any classes during the week that are free... not just the recent change to limit to only mon-wed-fri. as the sr program used to allow as long as you maintain 50% in a qtr. I am more likely to take an extra class on tue thur since i am their mon wed fri.... most specifically the functional fitness class...Thanks

My son is in the day camp and after school and the aides teachers are great and have taught him more than his school has. Miss Holly and Miss Jules are his favorites and they are so kind and compassionate great job!!

The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy going to the senior exercise class that Pam teaches because I get a great workout and she makes the classes fun.

Let disabled seniors like myself be able to join the pool class on Tues & Thurs, the way it use to be. I'm in Pam's MWF exercise class at 11am! Its too EXHAUSTING and RUSHED for me to do both classes same day. I have MS which is easier for me and more beneficial for me to exercise in the pool!!!
