Equipment is not being maintained...selected machines often down or not working. Focus on before/after care kids & pool.

Changing time of water aerobics in the summer to accommodate campers is not preferred. Also, there is no time to swim laps because the kids are coming in after our 9:00 class.

The swimming lesson for the kids are not good, it happened couple of times that the trainer will leave the training session in middle of the session.
They tell us on last day that kids didn’t master certain skill , which they didn’t teach during the lesson.
When we talked with the coaches , they said that I can book private classes for the kids which make wonder !

Too many kids running around. Noisy from kids, Lacking calm quiet, not relaxing atmosphere.

For Seniors....Add back in the ability to go to any classes during the week that are free... not just the recent change to limit to only mon-wed-fri. as the sr program used to allow as long as you maintain 50% in a qtr. I am more likely to take an extra class on tue thur since i am their mon wed fri.... most specifically the functional fitness class...Thanks

My son is in the day camp and after school and the aides teachers are great and have taught him more than his school has. Miss Holly and Miss Jules are his favorites and they are so kind and compassionate great job!!

The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy going to the senior exercise class that Pam teaches because I get a great workout and she makes the classes fun.

Let disabled seniors like myself be able to join the pool class on Tues & Thurs, the way it use to be. I'm in Pam's MWF exercise class at 11am! Its too EXHAUSTING and RUSHED for me to do both classes same day. I have MS which is easier for me and more beneficial for me to exercise in the pool!!!

My daughter took four weeks of swim class and she didn’t learn anything. In 7 sessions of class that she attended there were total of 4 teachers. Which runined they rhythm of the class. There were hardly any days where instructor asked them to do a break stroke or a different kind of strokes.

There are no wipes in the room where classes are held. Also, something needs to be done about members not signing up which isn't fair to those who have.

Pam the exercise instructor is so good and Fran at the front desk is so nice

Staff is friendly , my exercise instructor and personal trainer are excellent! The facility is clean and well maintained. Lots of choices for classes.

My daughter is in the 945 slot on Saturday mornings and there is always a new teacher very week.

This y could offer additional offerings in addition to physical exercise. Like topics offered at Princeton, Basking Ridge.

Excellent programs and friendly atmosphere.

The instructor is excellent--knowledgeable, patient, adaptable...just superb. Most of the machines are in good working order, and you can usually get what machine you want when you want it. Sometimes you have to wait for the hand held weights, but not an unusually long time. I like using the classroom out in the hall when it's not in use--very quiet. The staff members who work in there are great--always happy to help me. One of them (Charmel) is constantly cleaning machines, so you know things are sanitary! It's sometimes a bit noisy at 5:30 p.m. when we had class, but we survived, and now I go after aqua-ex in the morning--much calmer.

Staff is always friendly. I use the wellness center about 3-4 times a week. I have always found it to be clean . They have very good equipment and it’s well maintained. The locker room is also well kept. Nikki continues to do an outstanding job. Her efforts along with her staff’s have not gone unnoticed.

On weights small group, and the personal training my 16 year old does. The group fitness classes are great too- yoga, Pilates Les mills and more. Extremely friendly staff. Good programs for kids. Child watch is great - my kids went went they were young .

The Hillsborough YMCA has excellent facilities and very friendly staff

My son definitely enjoys attending the camp and I appreciate the communication with the counselor. I will highly recommend Hillsborough YMCA to others.

I think communication could be better with families starting midsummer vs week 1

Inconsistent classes. Not really seeing the value of single membership. $82 is a lot for what I am getting. Considering another gym.
